What you'll do:
Position Summary: Candidate will be responsible for set-up and operation of multiple CNC Lathe and Mill machines. Check quality of finished parts. Fully understands technical drawings, revisions and note codes, uses QC info. Operate machines, and any other calibration equipment such as calipers, wrench, and air gun or any other equipment necessary to perform job functions.
Primary Functions:
Perform set-ups and tool changes for multiple machines with different controls in order to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore a variety of metal components.
Modify, edit, download, and upload programs in order to make multiple parts.
Perform offset adjustments and utilize proper tooling, such as inserts and cutters, based on print specifications.
Interpret technical drawings in accordance with standard shop practices.
Train and mentor other operators.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from accredited institution
• Minimum of 1 year of machinist/CNC experience OR completion of a machinist/CNC degree/certification.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The NC Programmer plans machining sequences and fixturing for 3-5 axis machine tools.

**What you'll do:**
**Position Summary:** Candidate will be responsible for set-up and operation of multiple CNC Lathe and Mill machines. Check quality of finished parts. Fully understands technical drawings, revisions and note codes, uses QC info. Operate machines, and any other calibration equipment such as calipers, wrench, and air gun or any other equipment necessary to perform job functions.
**Primary Functions:**
1. Perform set-ups and tool changes for multiple machines with different controls in order to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore a variety of metal components.
2. Modify, edit, download, and upload programs in order to make multiple parts.
3. Perform offset adjustments and utilize proper tooling, such as inserts and cutters, based on print specifications.
4. Interpret technical drawings in accordance with standard shop practices.
5. Train and mentor other operators.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualification:**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of machinist/CNC experience OR completion of a machinist/CNC degree/certification.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
