NCCI Leadership

Alfredo T. Guerra, chief financial officer of NCCI, is responsible for the financial management of the company as well as directing the strategy, marketing and corporate communications functions.

Alfredo graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration and a BS in Economics. He completed executive level management courses on corporate strategy at the Harvard Business School, on pension funds and money management at The Wharton School, and on corporate governance at the Kellogg School of Management.

He has earned the Governance Fellowship credential from the National Association of Corporate Directors and the CERT certificate in cybersecurity oversight from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

Alfredo serves on the Board of the Palm Beach chapter of the American Red Cross and on the board of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County.

Donna L Glenn, FCAS is a Chief Actuary at NCCI and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She has worked as VP Select Product Management at Travelers; SVP, Casualty Product & Underwriting - Liberty Mutual at Liberty Mutual; and VP, Business Insurance Underwriting & Product at Travelers. Donna studied at QUINNIPIAC UNIVERSITY between 1985 and 1989 and Cheshire High School between 1981 and 1985.

Joanne Barbour is an Executive Director -IT Infrastructure, CTO at NCCI Holdings, Inc at NCCI and Division Executive - IT Infrastructure at NCCI and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She has worked as Development Manager at Dun & Bradstreet. Joanne attended American Sentinel University, Birmingham and Chubb Institute for Computer Technology between 1983 and 1985.

Lindsey is a student Palm Beach State College starting in 2014 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She is an Executive Assistant to the CIO/Chief Data Officer at NCCI. Lindsey has worked as Meetings and Events - Conference Center at NCCI.

Michael Spears is a CIO and Chief Data Officer at NCCI and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. He has worked as Programmer Analyst at University of Miami. Michael attended Cooper City High School until 1987 and University of Miami between 1987 and 1993.

Terry Delehanty are a General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at NCCI and are based in West Palm Beach und Umgebung, Florida.
