Kevin M. Phillips is Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of ManTech. He leads a global team of 9,300 employees who are committed to technologies that solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. Mr. Phillips brings a record of success to delivering results for defense, intelligence and federal civilian agencies that rely on ManTech for full-spectrum cyber operations, analytics and automation, systems engineering, digital transformation and enterprise IT solutions tailored to support their missions. Mr. Phillips was appointed Chairman in September 2020 in addition to serving as President and CEO of ManTech since January 2018. Prior to that, he served as president and COO from 2016-2018. He also served as chief financial officer from 2005 to 2016 and has been corporate vice president and assistant to the chairman and chief of staff. He joined the company in 2002 through ManTech’s acquisition of CTX Corporation. He is a strong proponent of adapting and harnessing the power of technology to help federal agencies accomplish their missions. He serves in leadership positions at several technology-related industry groups and has won numerous awards for his contributions. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council (PSC), the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), and in March was elected as the 2nd Vice Chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council after having been appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018. Additional recognition has occurred via several awards, including being inducted to Federal Computer Week’s 2019 Federal100, and Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Peter Altabef (born 1959) is an American businessman and lawyer. He is currently the president, CEO, and Chairman of Unisys.

Gabe Battista formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Talk America, where he previously served as CEO. Prior to joining Talk America in January of 1999, Mr. Battista served as CEO of Network Solutions Inc. Before joining Network Solutions, Mr. Battista served as CEO, President and COO of Cable & Wireless, Inc. He also held management positions at US Sprint, GTE Telenet and The General Electric Company. He serves as a director of Capitol College, and Systems & Computer Technology Corporation (SCTC).

John B. Wood is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Telos Corporation, a leading provider of continuous security solutions and services for the world’s most security-conscious agencies and organizations. In these roles, he orchestrates the company’s support of corporations and government agencies worldwide in cyber security, secure mobility and identity management. With the company since 1992, John is a leading voice on bringing together the private and public sectors to address cyber security issues. He is a frequent speaker on cyber security at industry and government events, and testified at a congressional committee hearing on “Cybersecurity: What the Federal Government Can Learn from the Private Sector.” As CEO, John has diversified the company’s product portfolio and expanded its footprint to include commercial enterprises, the military, civilian and intelligence agencies of the federal government, and allied nations around the world. Under John’s leadership, Telos offerings have become the official messaging system of record for the Department of Defense and the database of record for the U.S. Intelligence Community.
