The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT projects for DoD customers-particularly those involving enterprise financial systems, business process modernization, and data integrations across multiple legacy and modern platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements and DISA enterprise standards * Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities * Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation * Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and DISA stakeholders * Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications * Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling * Ensure compliance with RMF, ATO, STIG, and cybersecurity policy requirements * Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred * 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiatives * Working knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and ATO sustainment practices * Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience: * Prior experience working with DISA, especially in support of business or financial systems Work Environment: * Hybrid role with primary support conducted remotely and on-site meetings as required by the Government
