NCSY company history timeline

1973

In 1973, Lee Samson founded Camp NCSY, a month-long program for pre-teens and teens in Lake Sequoia, California.

1998

The Jerusalem Journey (TJJ), NCSY’s most ambitious summer program, was launched in 1998.

2002

In 2002, several public school students at a Beverly Hills high school emailed the Gush Etzion Yeshiva in Israel with a strange request: they wanted someone to help them start a Jewish club during the school’s club hour.

2012

Geller rejoined NCSY following his graduation in 2012 from the School of Business at Yeshiva University (with a bachelor's degree in marketing) as an alumni connections associate at the International NCSY office in New York City.
