Since 1970, Pat has built more than 15,000 homes with integrity and commitment in the finest communities, and the awards he has earned in his builder developer career continue to complement his political accomplishments.
Charlene has been in the building and design business for over 30 years, crafting more than 100 models for Neal Communities, beginning with the enormously successful Players Club in 1978.
Mark Sochar joined the Neal staff in 1989 with a reputation in the industry for his vast knowledge of home building and his strong relationship with vendors and contractors.
1990 – Began Development on University Park, Pat Neal appointed to the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
He has held a Florida general contractors license since 2007 and has served as chairman of the Tampa Future Builders of America and on the board for the Tampa Bay Safety Alliance.
2017 – Pat and Charlene Neal gifts $1M donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County, funding the Flex Sport Field at the DeSoto Club campus, and supporting after school and summer programs for children.
Ben joined Neal Signature Homes in 2018.

2019 – Neal Communities announces the Grand Opening of 6 new communities.
