I loved my school that I worked for and the principal was AMAZING. of he had all the power I would have no complaints.
Maternity leave is a nightmare. I had to go back and forth with my doctor and school district to get full maternity leave. As a new mom in the first couple days I was so stressed and had to deal with this. They used my vacation days and sick days for my leave.
They have a doctor's office at the district which is convenient. They do a lot of teacher appreciation activities.
