Operate Scan equipment to locate, pick, bin and cycle product

Report Conduct driver load exception reports ensuring all products have been picked and binned for accountable processes
Monitor Track daily progress and immediately report discrepancies, errors or potential roadblocks to supervisor

Responsibilities
Organize daily workflow to maximize embroidery production efficiency
Determine appropriate logo to be embroidered on garments based on viewing pick ticket
Scan pick ticket to track and load garment and embroidery specifications
Input logo into embroidery machine using our customized software system
Pay close attention to machine to ensure that it is functioning properly
Verify quality of finished embroidered garment
Work with Embellishments Supervisor to resolve any machine issues
Perform daily maintenance on embroidery machine
Communicate with team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must possess basic computer knowledge
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. without assistance and standing at all times
Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus
Previous embroidery machine operation experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge of fabrics is preferred but not required

The Machine Operator - Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.
