Very stable work environment. The company likes to boast about how they've never laid off an employee. I have had many opportunities for career advancement and development. Employee discount has saved me and my family thousands of dollars on furniture, appliances, video games, etc.
Insurance benefits are just OK. Seems like there is always conflicts between different departments. Despite the "no layoffs" claim the company seems to always overreact to slight economic downturns and cuts hiring and pay range increases.
Employee discount on merchandise.
I did very little to prepare for my first interview as it was just a seasonal job. When I was interviewing for my supervisor position I thought about what I had accomplished in my previous department and how well connected I was to other employees throughout the warehouse.
I have no real opinion on the C-suite one way or another. The only time we really hear from them is during the annual presentation on how the company is doing.
Incentivize cooperation between departments. Everyone is so focused on making sure their department and work is the most important. The only time we really offer help to one another is to cut hours and stay under budget.
A little lower than average for mid tier leadership roles. Warehouse supervisors and managers do more work then their 50-70k salaries justify.
I like when I have the option to do the hands-on work of the department and help my staff as well as step back and do supervisor tasks. Being short staffed however often causes us supervisors to have to do the work of multiple hourly employees as well as our leadership work.
OK in the warehouse. No discrimination in hiring/promotions that I've encountered. I only work with a few women but that seems to be just the nature of the job.
Lot of backstabbing at sales and managers do not care. Lots of swingerswork there and sleep around with coworkers. There are a few that prey on others that are not of that life style. They openly talk about sleeping with coworkers like it's a prize. They wear black rings to signify they are swingers. There are a few men an women that sleep with each other at nearby hotels. My boyfriend and I worked there and we were both approached. Management knows and they won't do anything. They even do inappropriate stuff on the premises. It's disgusting. If you are a good person in a committed relationship stay away.
Good discount. Holidays off

Flexible hours, friendly people
Bad management. Policies are not enforced company wide but are at each managers description. Ex. Sine departments you can be Kate no problem while the department next to you gets written up for being 1 minute late. Another example would be that the person sitting next to you may have a manager or supervisor that lets them take long lunches and as many smoke breaks as they want but you are not allowed. No backup for staff. If you take a vacation or are sick no one will cover for you.
PTO
It was a teaching environment. If you were willing to learn, you'd learn a lot!
Policies were at "manager discretion" and it was not consistent from manager to manager.
Employee pricing, Medical benefits and 401k
