Duties: APP Specialty Care - Neurocritical Care
Provide comprehensive health care to individuals in an inpatient ICU setting. Diagnose and treat critically ill patients with complicated illnesses including pulmonary, cardiac, neurological or infectious diseases in collaboration with a designated supervising physician. Sterile Processing Associate Details:
An essential healthcare role that is focused on handling sterile products while constructing surgical case carts. Critical to the perioperative setting to ensure superior infection control methods are followed to enhance patient safety by handling surgical instruments, equipment and medical supplies with sterile techniques to ensure the integrity of the product is maintained. Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis and interpretation preferred.

* Experience with Beckman Coulter chemistry analyzers and automation
* Master's degree in a scientific field or related health care field preferred.

Responsible for medication management for the pharmacy, nursing units and operating rooms including but not limited to ordering, receiving, sorting, distributing medications. Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide excellent customer service and patient care in accordance with assigned duties. Create and utilize medication usage reports to analyze data for effective inventory control. Manage incoming telephone calls from inpatient units, and triage calls appropriately utilizing excellent customer service skills. Receive orders, select proper drug, and prepare dosage form and strength. Practice sterile compounding for immediate usage as well as non-sterile compounding of oral liquids and topicals. Calculate patient's IV infusion due times, reorder as needed and collaborate with providers, physicians, and pharmacists recommending medication concentrations.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 18 years of age required.
* High school education or equivalent required.
* Licensed Nebraska pharmacy intern or registered as a pharmacy technician with the State of Nebraska Board of Pharmacy required.
* If registered as a Pharmacy Technician, certification within twelve months of registration date required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior pharmacy technician or hospital setting experience preferred.
* Medical terminology and knowledge of top 200 medications prescribed preferred.
* Proficient knowledge of computers, automated dispensing cabinets (Omnicell), calculators, electronic medical record (EPIC), various computerized and mechanical devices necessary for product preparation and dispensing (e.g., scales, strip packager, magnetic stirrer, etc.) preferred.

Duties: APP - Minimally Invasive/General Surgery
Provide comprehensive care to individuals with gastrointestinal conditions, including gastroesophageal reflux disease, malignancy, inflammatory conditions of the intestine, and colon and anorectal disease an outpatient and/or inpatient setting for surgical patients. Provide comprehensive care to individuals with hernia. Evaluate for emergent conditions such as incarceration, hemorrhage or infection.
