The Trades/ Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Director of the Physical Plant by effectively managing the operations for all maintenance areas to provide facility services based on cost efficient and effective outcomes. The incumbent will also build and maintain highly collaborative relationships on and off campus, have a working knowledge of city zoning and building code requirements, oversee maintenance of the electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general campus maintenance. Candidates must possess strong leadership and organizational development skills and be able to align staff with a management approach that will encourage innovation, strengthen teamwork and relationship building.
