The Role The Bronx Route Driver (PM Shift) is responsible for providing efficient and safe delivery of boxes to our customers within the NYC Metro Area. The driver operates a refrigerated truck and operates a hand truck to assist when making deliveries. FreshDirect drivers deliver orders to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time. You are expected to provide professional customer service. What You'll Do: * Safely operate the company shuttle to transport employees to and from designated subway stations and the company campus. * Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle. * Ensure timely departures and arrivals, following scheduled routes and adjusting as necessary due to traffic and/or weather conditions, as well as other instructions. * Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and maintaining a professional demeanor. * Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. * Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. * Report any vehicle maintenance issues, incidents, and/or accidents promptly to management. * Keep accurate records of shuttle schedules, miles driven, and fuel usage. * Assist with other duties as assigned, including special transport needs or scheduling changes. * Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed, including but not limited to Yard Driver and Shuttle Driver operations. Director, SAP Application will act as the product owner for SAP Application and ensure SAP application team is responsible for meeting with stakeholders for requirements gathering, perform fit/gap analysts against SAP ECC software and lead necessary change(s) to meet business requirements. The Claims Manager is responsible for promptly reporting and managing claims from workers' compensation, auto, property, and general liability. Junior Demand analyst will associate Demand Planner to run the forecasting engine which drives FreshDirect's product procurement. This role creates product forecasts based on anticipated customer demand to maintain strong in-stock positions and service levels. Responsibilities include running weekly forecasting processes and collaborating with various teams to achieve drive forecasting accuracy. Effective communication with non-technical colleagues is essential, as is an appetite for continuous learning and process improvement. Essential Functions: * Responsible for the creation and maintenance of demand forecasts by Base-Material-Plant-Day for the next 150 days (in base units). * Run weekly forecasting process and participate in continuously improving the forecasting process. * Responsible for interpreting complex data from multiple sources. * Execute and review statistical forecast model using software. * Achieve consensus for forecasts by collaborating with merchandising, purchasing, marketing and operations teams. * Partner with Demand Planner to communicate with merchandising to forecast promotional impacts. * Analyze forecast error, service levels and scrap to improve service and reduce scrap. * Communicate with non-technical colleagues how the forecast is evolving with business changes. * Manipulate and manage data sets with good governance. What You'll Do * Placing the upmost importance on working safely and always maintaining a safe & orderly work environment for self and others: * Effectively maintain plant equipment, primarily related to manufacturing equipment, while learning the balance of the FreshDirect Campus equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, Conveyors, and all other equipment within the Distribution Center * Execute the plant preventive maintenance program. * To be fully proficient with all machinery to assist maintenance workers and/or train as needed. * Strong working knowledge of all facets of electrical controls and procedures. What You Bring * Technical education related to mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration is required. * Safely operates various shop related equipment. * Lay out construct additional electrical circuits or deleted circuits. Update any changes to electrical schematics. * Diagnosis electrical problems using various meters and related equipment. * Mechanical experience with regards to varied kitchen and distribution center machinery. * Read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints. * Working knowledge of three phase motors and control circuits. * OSHA safety requirements. * Applicants who do not meet all these requirements cannot be considered for the job. * Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) * You must be able to work holidays. * Must be able to start overnight or early morning hours (start times vary by department) * Must be comfortable in a warehouse/production environment. * Ability to meet production and accuracy standards in a fast-paced work environment. * Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
