The first High School in Neenah was built in 1879 as the First Ward School.
In 1907, Kimberly High School was built, taking its name from John Kimberly: one of the founders of Kimberly-Clark.
By 1929, a second high school was built.
In 1961, it was replaced by Horace Mann Middle School, and the building was made the main office of the entire school district.
Responsible for the district's banking and investments services as well as monitoring the district's cash flow, Joch was named the district's Administrator of the Year in 2014.
Of these, 80 students were honored for exceptional achievement. * All 13 eligible Neenah schools were among the 86 recipients of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s 2019 Wisconsin School Health Awards.
In 2020, the District passed a $114.9 million referendum for facilities and security improvements across the District.
