Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities: Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle, and work with a safety-focused mindset Expect to work 10-hour shifts delivering 200-300 packages each day with good time management skills Able to lift packages to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation Able to get in and out of the vehicle, walk up and down stairs, and deliver to delivery locations with or without reasonable accommodation Navigation and Delivery Device (provided each day): Using GPS or maps to navigate the delivery vehicle to the destination, utilize required apps as necessary Comfortable driving and delivering in a variety of weather conditions, such as rain/snow Teamwork! Support other drivers as needed Face to the customer - remain friendly and respectful as the face of Amazon's last-mile delivery Delivery Driver Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age Have a valid driver's license (CDL not required) Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you will not deliver in your own vehicle) Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must accept text messages from company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone. Shift Information: You are set up with a 10-hour shift Shift expected to start between 10 AM-10:30 AM Potential to reach full-time status with only 4 days worked!
