Job Summary: The Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing all aspects of the patient revenue cycle at NOAH. This includes oversight of coding, claims, reimbursement, collections, and denials management. The Director plays a vital role in supporting the financial health of the organization and must ensure revenue is captured efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads and manages the RCM department, including billing, coding, payment posting, and insurance follow-up functions. Oversees department structure and staffing; recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates performance of RCM staff. Builds and reinforces a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, share updates, and address issues proactively. Administers disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans in accordance with organizational policy. Promotes team engagement, career development, and professional growth. Duties/Responsibilities: Owns full lifecycle of the revenue cycle process, ensuring timely and accurate charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denial management, and cash posting. Monitors KPIs weekly and monthly (e.g., AR days, denial rate, clean claim rate, net collection rate) and initiates corrective action in collaboration with department leads and CFO. Presents regular KPI dashboards, trends, and action plans to the CFO and executive team. Provides feedback and financial insight to the Accounting team for accurate month-end close, revenue recognition, and forecasting. Coordinates with billing contractors and monitors the quality, productivity, and compliance of their work. Ensures contracted resources are effectively utilized while actively developing internal team capacity to reduce long-term dependency. Leads development, implementation, and enforcement of comprehensive and compliant SOPs for all RCM functions. Works closely with stakeholders to mitigate gaps and designs and delivers billing-related training programs for RCM, Front Office, Community Resources, and PEC teams to ensure complete and accurate data collection at point of service. Leads initiatives to reduce revenue leakage, increase clean claims, and reduce avoidable denials and write-offs. Ensures compliance with payer contract terms, FQHC-specific billing regulations (e.g., PPS, wraparound), Medicaid guidelines, and other federal/state requirements. Oversees and ensures accuracy of AHCCCS PPS reconciliations and other state/federal submissions. Partners with IT and system vendors to ensure RCM systems (e.g., billing, claims, clearinghouse) are configured correctly and optimized for efficiency. Manages high-level and complex patient billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Participates in the annual budgeting process; assists CFO and Controller with revenue projections and modeling. Collaborates with peer organizations and industry groups to remain current on FQHC billing best practices. Attends and contributes to cross-functional meetings, trainings, and community initiatives as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
* Deep knowledge of full revenue cycle workflows; as well as billing/coding procedures for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial insurers.
* Proven ability to monitor and improve RCM performance through data-driven strategies.
* Strong understanding of healthcare payer contracting and reimbursement mechanisms.
* Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills.
* Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insight and communicate clearly across audiences.
* Proficiency in electronic health record/practice management systems (preferably EPIC) and data reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Education and Experience:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle operations, including 5+ years in an RCM manager or director-level role.
Preferred:
* Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
* EPIC certification in Charge Review, Payment Posting, Self-Pay Follow Up, Insurance Follow Up, and/or Coding.
* Advanced training or certification in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare Compliance, or Project Management is a plus.

Stakeholder Relations:
Communications: Maintains productive and professional relations with individuals, families, case managers and other stakeholders.
Customer Service: Implements Sevita Customer Service Standards; trains DSPs in delivery.
Personnel:
Recruitment and Hiring: As needed, assists with recruitment; interviews and hires direct support professionals in consultation with the Area Director and Talent Acquisitions teams.
Employee Scheduling: Populates and maintains schedule to assure that all shifts are covered, and overtime is minimized.
Training: Assists with onboarding and delivers orientation and ongoing training concerning the individuals served, program plans, policies, procedures and physical environment; Verifies training records are accessible in the home and are completed by all staff on the schedule.
Evaluation: Prepares and conducts annual evaluations for Direct Support Professionals, in consultation with the Program Director.
Discipline and Termination: Coaches employees as needed, correcting or directing employee behavior where required; may remove employees in the event of emergency; may recommend and participate in decisions regarding termination; consults with the Program Director on all matters of discipline.
Employee Safety: Responsible for employee safety and workers' compensation within the program; implements and monitors compliance with safety standards.
Management: May assist with or lead monthly program meetings for direct support professionals; documents monthly meeting agenda and attendance.
Financial Management:
Purchasing: When applicable, purchases food and household supplies; purchases office supplies and minor equipment; reviews and attests company credit card statements and monthly invoices; directs employees as necessary; monitors and attests to cost effective, accurate and applicable spending.
Individuals' Served Funds Management: Secures and safeguards individuals' served funds locally; uses forms for money/debit card transfers; updates financial ledgers weekly and maintains itemized receipts for purchases on behalf of individuals served
Billing and Utilization: Reviews census, attendance information or other required documentation to assure accurate billing; monitors utilization between authorization and provision of services and supports.
Staffing: Monitors staffing hours for budgetary compliance.
Census Management:
Census Capture: Captures daily census within systems; understands importance of accurate and timely service capture along with required documentation.
Census Performance: Develops basic understanding of census, including how census is measured and census performance for locations; Escalates potential service disruptions
Placements: Supports location preparations required for expected placements (e.g., room & furniture set-up, safety requirements, etc.).
Maintenance:
Vehicles: When applicable, test drives vehicle monthly; inspects vehicle lifts and seatbelts monthly; reports safety concerns immediately to supervisor or maintenance personnel; assures vehicle is washed and cleaned; trains staff in safe vehicle operation and safely transporting individuals; ensures routine maintenance is performed.
Living Environment: When applicable, schedules and monitors daily and seasonal housekeeping; oversees lawn and yard care. Maintains neat, clean and safe environment for individuals served.
Maintenance and Repair: When applicable, makes or arranges for minor repairs; reports to and schedules repairs by maintenance personnel as required; monitors environmental safety; monitors water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperature, and safety alarms and extinguishers on a monthly basis; replaces furnace filters monthly.
Equipment: Monitors wheelchairs, lifts and other safety equipment; sees that repairs are made promptly and correctly in the event of faulty equipment.
Other:
Performs other duties and activities as required, including backfilling roles under your supervision.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-ray Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with precision, accuracy, and attention to patient comfort. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the technologist will contribute to patient care by producing high-quality images that aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams as prescribed by physicians
Prepare and position patients accurately to achieve optimal imaging results
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
Review images for quality assurance and follow protocols for image storage
Adhere to established radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines
Document patient information accurately and complete reports as required
Collaborate with other radiology and healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care
Maintain knowledge of advancements in radiologic technology and imaging techniques
Qualifications
Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in
Radiography required
Licensure: Current state licensure as required by law
Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent from an accredited program
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an X-ray Technologist, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures, anatomy, and patient positioning
Proficiency with imaging software and radiologic equipment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications
