Job Title: Client Access Specialist
Department: Centralized Patient Access

Client Access Specialists will provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of NSO's programs, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, requests, appointments, complaints, verifications, and problems. They must meet or exceed key performance metrics while handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must possess strong communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
This position promotes the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of Neighborhood Service Organization and helps to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the unit in an administrative capacity for specified NSO clinics.
Requirements and Duties
Answer high volume of phone calls, route, and respond appropriately
Schedule appointments for consumers
Confirm upcoming appointment times and reschedule if necessary
Monitor clinician calendars and schedule appointments
Perform insurance verification and confirm consumer demographic and contact information
Register new consumers in the electronic medical records system
Monitor for referrals and conduct follow up activities
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Manage patient demographic and personal information.
Issue medical files to persons and agencies compliant to all NSO policies, state and federal laws, including HIPAA regulations.
Compile, verify, type, file medical records, correspondence, and reports
Update records upon receipt of new information
Assist with departmental / unit audits and investigations.
Distribute medical charts to the appropriate departments / units within NSO.
Maintain quality and accurate records by following NSO procedures.
Ensure consumer charts, paperwork and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure all medical records are protected and kept confidential
Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed, to perform duties.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office with occasional contact with consumers/patients.
Bends, stoops and reaches in order to file, search for and retrieve records and documents. Manual dexterity and regular fine-finger and hand/wrist motions are required for operating a keyboard, writing and filing.
Must be able to lift up to 15lbs on occasion
Seeing/vision, talking/speaking and listening/hearing are continuously required.
Frequently required to sit & stand during working hours Frequently required to sit, walk or drive.
Occasionally required to travel between work locations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Required Experience 1-year minimum experience in a call center, administrative assistant, receptionist or related role

Ability to learn additional software

The clinical therapist will provide mental health therapy services to youth/children and adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) within an integrated health clinic. Act as Project Manager for select workstreams, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Experience acting as an Owner's Representative and/or Project Manager on large, complex projects.
Proven track record overseeing contractors, managing trades, and maintaining schedule and specification compliance.
Experience with airside airport operations and FAA regulatory environments required; hangar construction experience preferred.
Progressive Design‑Build (PDB) delivery experience is preferred.
OSHA 30‑hour certification preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, construction management software, and document control systems; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
Strong skills in field issue resolution, reporting, scheduling, cost control, and team coordination.
PMP certification or Master's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education, experience, and training will be considered.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in lieu of stated minimum qualifications.

About the Role: Residential Advocate (Safehouse)
As a Safehouse Advocate, you will be the heart of our shelter - a steady, compassionate presence for survivors in crisis. You'll ensure a safe, welcoming environment while responding to urgent needs with grace under pressure.
The Safehouse Advocate position aids individuals and families requiring assistance by performing the
following duties. The Safehouse requires coverage (24) hours per day, (7) days per week. This
position is considered Essential Personnel. This means that staff in this position will be
required to work remotely or be onsite during a Weather Emergency or other Federal and/or
State Mandated Emergency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Ensure safety of clients to include monitoring admission into the building, video cameras, and
setting of alarm system.
Assume responsibility for all scheduled and unscheduled Helpline calls/shifts to include
meeting with walk -in clients after business hours.
Complete shelter screenings to determine candidate meets program requirements.
Be knowledgeable and implement the Trauma Informed Care philosophy by creating a safe,

principles of growth, change, and empowerment of the individual.
Provide crisis intervention to client individually, in family, or in other small groups
regarding plans for meeting needs, and aids client to mobilize inner capacities and
environmental resources to improve social functioning.
Assist in co -facilitating structured information groups to Safehouse clients, with the goal of
exploring issues faced by people in abusive relationships.
Accesses and records client and community resource information.
Maintain and accurately document contact in client files as well as in the ETO system.
Meet regularly with the Safehouse Director.
Assist in providing case management support to Safehouse clients through advocacy and
referrals, following the action plan developed by the Case Manager.
Oversee client chores in order to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the Safehouse
Program.
Assists with client transportation and donation pick -up.
Performs light janitorial duties as needed.
Full -time Advocates will work a minimum of six 8 hour holiday shifts per calendar year.
