Brad Stevenson

Brad Stevenson is an accomplished executive business leader with 23 years’ experience in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles in the beverage industry.

Prior to joining the Neighborly team, Brad graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station and has spent his professional career with MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Company after first joining the organization in 1996 as an On-Premise Miller Marketing Representative for United Beverage in Houston, Texas. Throughout his career with the adult beverage industry leader, Stevenson held numerous sales and marketing positions with the company including Vice President of Grocery, Director of Business Development and Strategy and Regional Chain Director.

Brad and his wife, Candace, reside in Frisco, Texas.

Jon Shell

Chief Financial Officer

Jon Shell joined Neighborly as chief financial officer (CFO) in 2015. He most recently had been a chief financial officer of Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill where he was responsible for accounting, finance, IT, risk management, new restaurant development, facilities, purchasing, and supply chain functions.

Prior to Smokey Bones, Jon worked with Sun Capital Partners Performance Improvement team, where he provided interim management, financial, restructuring, and operational expertise to various companies and developed initiatives to drive operational and working capital improvements.

Prior to working with Sun, Mr. Shell was Treasurer at Raytech Corporation, a transmission components manufacturer with operations in the United States, Germany, and China. In this role he was responsible for strategic planning, asset disposition, cash management, creditor interaction, and working capital improvements.

Mary Kennedy Thompson

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer (COO), Mary oversees the ongoing business operations within Neighborly. Working hand-in-hand with 13 brand presidents, she leads the execution of strategies. Prior to her appointment as COO, Mary served as executive vice-president of Neighborly and president of Mr. Rooter® for nine years.

Roger Chacko

Roger Chacko currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer (CSMO) at Neighborly.

Roger is an accomplished senior executive business leader who has more than 25 years of marketing and digital experience with highly recognized brands.

In his CSMO role, he oversees the company’s demand generating functions, including marketing (digital and traditional), brand management, public relations, corporate communications, partnerships, channel management, analytics and consumer research. Roger also works closely with CEO Mike Bidwell in establishing Neighborly’s strategy for success. He is a member of the Executive Team at Neighborly.

During his career, Roger has cultivated and challenged high performance teams to achieve transformational levels of in-market success. Roger has served as advisor to several private equity portfolio companies in the digital marketing and consumer experience space, most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer at Planet Fitness.

He has served as EVP/Global Chief Commercial and Branding Officer at Carlson Hotel Group, where he helped develop and launch the Radisson RED brand; EVP/Chief Strategy Officer at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., where he helped to take the company to Initial Public Offering (IPO); and EVP/Chief Marketing Officer at USAA, where he was instrumental in the launch of the remote check deposit product via a digital device. Roger has held roles in senior executive marketing, strategy, and P&L global at iconic consumer brands, such as Mars, Kellogg’s and Danone.

Roger holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from Oklahoma State University.
