Nice environment. But this is just a surface. What lies beneath is very different not in a good way.

Cons of working at Neiman Marcus Group

Phony management, very poorly maintained inventory. Lack of styles, different sizes. Management is not interested to do the job. Open favoritism.

None. Benefits are extremely expensive. Huge deductibles on the health insurance plans. Minimal vacation time. Only one week within first year. No flexibility of the life/work balance.
