The role of the Helpdesk Technician is to assist End Users who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services. Complex and/or high priority problems are elevated to Level 2 or Level 3 Technicians for resolution when needed, but the Helpdesk Technician is responsible for ensuring that an effective solution is provided to the end user.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolves Level 1 work orders. Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
Verifies that suggested solutions effectively resolve the end users' problems through verbal or email follow up.
Records required End User and problem information in Nellson's Helpdesk System. Updates tickets with appropriate entries of activities and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
Determines the most effective manner to resolve End Users technical issues. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Consults with Level 2 and Level 3 staff when necessary.
Maintain inventory and documentation of Nellson's Deployed Personal Computers and devices throughout the enterprise.
Works on Helpdesk related projects as assigned by supervisor.
Provide end user support for mobile devices (Smartphones/Tablets) across multiple platforms (Android/iOS).
Requirements and Preferred Skills:
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a relevant subject matter preferred.
1-2 years equivalent work experience in an enterprise network/windows domain environment.
Experience and knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems.
Experience in hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic operating system functionality or equivalent training and/or education is extremely beneficial.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle used is required.

JOB SUMMARY :
The Sanitation Lead is responsible for completing the cleaning and sanitizing of production machinery, process equipment, warehouse equipment and buildings in adherence to the strictest standards of food safety, health, safety and hygiene. The Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) serves as the technical trainer/mentor for continuous skills development in their department and reports to the department Supervisor. The CTT will be certified by the plant CSD Specialist and be a member of the CSD Team. They are responsible for ensuring consistent and sustainable application of skills building and maintenance processes including Classroom training, Validation Check-Sheet and OJT (on-the-job-training) which outlines the standards and expectations of performance. They will also own various training materials as assigned by the CSD Specialist to periodically review, update and keep current. CTT will schedule and coordinate use and availability of training materials, trainees and machinery while ensuring training expectations are met. Areas of responsibility include teams and processes in their department and other plant areas as required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with PPE, SOP's and GMP Standards
Ensure continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring.
Shall stay overtime ONLY when lines are down due to the changeover or as directed by Sanitation Manager.
Shall stay after their shift to fill out Daily Sanitation Report and email it to co-leads and Management, if not able to complete within shift.
Must always work safely and comply with all safety policies and procedures.

WHAT WE NEED
The Manufacturing Training Specialist is responsible for evaluating and identifying workforce skill training needs, creating effective training materials, and supporting the delivery of quality training programs for manufacturing areas. The Manufacturing Training Specialist will work with cross-functional teams within the manufacturing sector of the workforce as well as with Human Resources. The Manufacturing Training Specialist will also be responsible for educating and supporting a train-the-trainer model to upskill the supervisors and cell leads delivering on-the-job training.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Identify skill-level training needs for manufacturing areas and employee growth.
Support the delivery of BRF's training development plans including the development of materials, tutorials, instructions, and additional learning resources for proper onboarding and ongoing skill development.

WHAT WE NEED
Our Maintenance function is at the heart of keeping our business running and producing for our customers and consumers. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sets up equipment for start-up and shutdown of processing operations in accordance with product specifications and standard operating procedures.
Verifies materials and batches raw ingredients into processing equipment in accordance with Cook Cards and written batch instructions.
Handles ingredients in a manner to maintain Food Safety standards.
Halts process and notify QA and Supervision in the event of any observed foreign materials, out-of-specification product, process failures, or any Food Safety or Quality concerns.
Checks product to ensure quality specifications are maintained using analytical equipment as designated by the Cook Cards.
Observes work conditions, monitors tanks & pump conditions, and generates work orders for equipment or Process area repairs.
Communicates ongoing equipment, material, or quality concerns to incoming teams.
Monitors and documents critical control points, ingredient lot numbers, real-time recording of events, and ensure proper operation of temperature recording charts.
Completes all required batch paperwork accurately.
Following the EUP for unloading materials, enters receipts and analytical data from bulk testing and ensures all materials are loaded into the correct tanks by double checking all paperwork and verifying the accurate use of the inbound hookups.
Works with production planning team, the production team, and the inventory control team on a regular basis to order, schedule and reschedule bulk materials to ensure their availability in order to accommodate the production schedule and equipment CIPS.
Provides backup to the other Production teams.
Be aware of UV's & Filters, change filters as required, and bring any issues to maintenance attention.
Always keeps the outdoor areas and bulk areas clean and audit ready as evidenced by plant quality ≥95% GMP audit results.

The Senior Manager, Food Safety provides enterprise-wide leadership of food safety programs for a multi-site manufacturer of syrups, sauces, fillings, and aseptic beverages (both low-acid and high-acid). The role has direct oversight of the corporate regulatory team and corporate sanitation function, ensuring that all sites operate to the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and hygienic design. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Enterprise Food Safety Leadership & Technical Expertise:
Lead, in partnership with Site Quality Managers, the development and implementation of Food Safety Plans, HACCP systems, prerequisite programs, and all food safety-related programs to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Support and guide Plant Quality Managers in preparation for and execution of third-party and regulatory audits, including FDA, NYS, Cal DPH, and SQF.

The Supplier Approval Coordinator will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to gather technical documents and information for the supplier approval process. This position has the ultimate responsibility in working with the internal teams, suppliers and customers in maintaining the supplier quality management database, technical documents, an approved supplier database and raw ingredient risk analysis results.

WHAT WE NEED
As an Electromechanical Technician under minimal supervision, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation, and preventative maintenance on electromechanical and electrical systems, instrumentations, and PLCs utilizing standard work practices, to ensure production is supported in a safe and efficient manner.
This role is on the 3rd Shift /10pm - 6:30am with $1.50 shift differential for nights.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, product safety, company property, environmental and team member's safety.
Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing equipment and process expertise.
Troubleshoot and repair all plant-related electrical components including motors, servos, VFD's, and PLC's.
Leverage electrical expertise to support troubleshooting of process and support equipment.
Maintain electrical systems through execution of preventive maintenance programs.
May be involved with providing technical support to Operations Team for training and staff development (i.e., cross training production personnel for first level-maintenance activities)
Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs qualification.

PREAMBLE
Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Inventory Control associate monitors inventory levels to ensure accuracy and proper stock rotation. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

Prepares reports to replenish picking inventory
Coordinates transfers and sample/stability product requests
Performs and enters counts into inventory system
Researches and assists with discrepancies in inventory
Identify and report issues/errors
Assist in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors
Collects and prepares pull down requests for packers
Logs cube and weight for new items
Positions forklifts, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated area
Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device. Must be able to document information as per SOP
Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and/or cGMP guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic math skills.
Effective written communication skills, including legibility.

Must be licensed to operate lift equipment (Licensing may be through internal or external training)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Prior manufacturing or warehousing experience preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written); preferably Bilingual in English and Spanish (or at least a working knowledge of Spanish); must be able to use a calculator proficiently to perform rapid and accurate computations; must be computer literate within an inventory control environment; must be team-oriented and willing to work collaboratively with management team; must be detailed oriented and accurate.

WHAT WE NEED
Our Maintenance function is at the heart of keeping our business running and producing for our customers and consumers. In this role, under minimal supervision, the Maintenance Mechanic will perform troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation, and preventative maintenance on packaging and process equipment, utilizing standard work practices to ensure production is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
This role is on the 3rd Shift /10pm - 6:30am with $1.50 shift differential for nights.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, product safety, company property, environmental and team member's safety.
Complete preventative maintenance on all equipment to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing equipment and process expertise.
May be involved with providing technical support to Operations Team for training and staff development (i.e. cross training production personnel for first level-maintenance activities)
Maintain packaging and process equipment through execution of preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and repair packaging and process equipment including Fillers, Cappers, Case Erectors, Case Packers, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
HS Diploma is required but applicable experience will be consisted in lieu of licensing or education.
2 (two-year) associate degree, licensing, or equivalent trade school technical training in related field highly preferred,
A minimum of three (3) years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience (manufacturing, automotive, farming, or related) is
preferred
.
Experience in the following areas is advantageous and would warrant a higher starting pay rate: Familiarity with packaging equipment such as: Fillers, Cappers, Case Packers, conveyors, tanks, and pumps
Experience in food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically working to meet GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA standards is preferred
Experience utilizing a CMMS system is

Experience troubleshooting to identify root-cause issues on mechanical equipment or components.
Willingness to dig into the root-cause of failures and ensure the repair is done through to completion.
Ability and willingness to troubleshoot high-speed equipment in a safe, efficient manner
A pro-active, high-energy attitude, geared towards achieving continuous improvement.
Must be willing and able to work overtime, including off-shift, weekends and holidays when required to support the production schedule.
Due to SQF regulations, all employees must be able to fluently read, write, and converse in the English language.
Proficiency with hand, portable power, and shop tools in the maintenance of manufacturing equipment is required. • Ability to identify and replace components (gearboxes, pumps, cylinders).
Light fabrication and use of common shop tools (Drill press, Grinders, belt sanders).
Mechanical troubleshooting (timing, clearance, sequence of operation).
Ability to perform preventative maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Ability to rebuild pumps, gearboxes, cylinders, and associated manufacturing equipment with minimal guidance.
Ability to use more complex analytical and measuring tools for vibration analysis, torque requirements and tolerances.
Ability to fabricate small machine parts o Experience with providing feedback and modifications to PMs and SOPs.
