At Nelnet, Bill's responsibilities include corporate finance, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, general transactional work, corporate formation and maintenance, support of the Board of Directors and Board Committees, and oversight of legal, compliance and regulatory matters. Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, a member of the Colorado Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel and also serves on the Finance Committee of the Logan School for Creative Learning in Denver.
