Pros of working at Nelson Packaging

Very hard to be fired, can call off when ever rules are very laxed which can also double as a negative.

Cons of working at Nelson Packaging

Very few rules are enforced there are no disciplinary actions enforced, no one has set positions. They never give raises your pay will never change even after working 20+ years they don't care they see you as nothing more then replaceable pawns so they can get rich.
