    The Kids Club Intern is responsible for facilitating a variety of children's regular and specialty programs including Kids Club events, babysitting, kids camp, and more! This individual ensures that children are supervised at all times, and assists with special events. Additionally, the Kids Club Intern ensures that parents are informed of program activities and discusses any relevant behavioral issues with them in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Facilitating numerous regular and specialty children's programs. Providing various activities for children including trips to the Hardy Girls Gym, the pool, The Peak, and more. Ensuring that children are under appropriate supervision at all times. Discuss program activities and disciplinary issues with parents as needed. Maintaining the childcare rooms in order to ensure that they are clean and safe at all times. Reporting any accidents or injuries to management and the Security Department in a timely manner. Representing the Recreation Department on various safety and associate activity committees. Performing any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS: Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship. A minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher. Ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous childcare experience is preferred.
