Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the resort premises, including guest areas, back-of-house, and perimeter zones. Incident Response: Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and other security-related incidents. Provide first aid or CPR if certified and necessary. Access Control: Monitor and control access to restricted areas. Verify identification and credentials of visitors, contractors, and staff as required. Report Writing: Accurately document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports. Maintain logs and records in accordance with resort policies. Customer Service: Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with directions, lost and found, and general inquiries while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor. Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems and other security technology to detect and respond to suspicious activity. Policy Enforcement: Enforce resort policies and procedures, including fire safety, emergency evacuation, and health and safety regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering) to ensure a seamless and secure guest experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or hospitality training is a plus. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort environment. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
