The property is beautiful and ever-evolving. The associates there are also a pleasure to work.
Cronyism and nepotism run rampant. Many positions that offer growth are given to old friends from other properties and other positions are “spun-up” or erroneously filled to provide bored family members a job. In both cases, these people are not best at what they do, and it shows.
Atmosphere and scenery are the best perks.
If your privileged enough to learn from a person that has more than 6 years there; they have a lot of experience and are wonderful to work for/with.
With the enormous turnover of leadership (generally 2-5 year) the next leader will always reinvent the wheel. To improve this. I would urge the company to have a vision and stick to it for the sanity of the employees that stay around.
There’s a high priority on esthetics. Be your best looking self for the interview.
Far below the standard for the industry, the job titles and the cost of living in the area.
DEI is good and has been for years.
