NEOTech had its humble beginning when Sudesh Arora purchased NATEL in 1975.
Under the guise of its original name–Hospital Concepts, Inc.–Neotech began with more owners (3 – above from left to right, Doc, Tom and Paul) than employees (2). In 1987, the company was renamed for new technology and Neotech Products was born.
EPIC’s history goes back to 1988 when it was founded.
In 1997, Neotech launched two benchmark products that would help to define its path moving forward.
2000 MAR. Establishes HQ with capital NTD5 million.
2001 JUL. Expands the plant in NanKan, Taoyuan.
2006 DEC. Capital increase of NTD60 million; paid-in capital reaches NTD90 million afterward.
2007 JAN. Launches the Auto Hot-Air Conveyor Oven for T/P industry (5-wire type).
2008 FEB. Plant expansion and moves to Guishan Industrial Park.
2010 JAN. Establishes a subsidiary in SuZhou, China.
The introduction of the RAM Cannula in 2011 is a significant milestone in the Neotech history timeline.
2012 JUN. Capital increase of NTD18 million by earnings; paid-in capital reaches NTD198 million afterward.
In 2012, Neotech Home Health was launched to help ensure that infants and children could receive their needed Neotech products at home.
NATEL acquired EPIC Technologies, a successful mid-tier EMS company in 2013 to expand their contract manufacturing business into new manufacturing areas, markets and customers.
2014 JUN. Capital increase of NTD6.1 hundred thousand by employee stock option; paid-in capital reaches NTD219.33 million afterward.
NATEL and OnCore merged in 2015 to form NEOTech.
