Use of Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL). Utilize process sheets to ensure correct build of product. Load feeders for surface mount machines using the load list provided by machine. Verify correct part numbers being used for the specific job being run. Initiate and select correct programs for SMT screen printer & SMT pick and place machines and correct reflow profile for the reflow oven. Select the proper stencil screen for use during screen printing operation. Comply with NEOTech's standards of ESD, IPC-A-610, work instructions and ISO procedures and policies. Perform machine preventative maintenance on screen printer and pick and place machines based on assigned schedules. Operate stencil cleaning machine. Clean boards as required based on soldering chemistry. Support and follow all ISO standards related to NEOTech's various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security. Support all corporate and site 6S objectives. Requirements Minimum of 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive management position. Previous U.S. non-profit trade association CEO experience is preferred. Experience and qualifications in marketing, business research, use of social media, membership recruitment & retention, and education. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Association/Relationship Management databases. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and systems. Knowledge of the recreational scuba diving industry is highly desirable. This is a hybrid position, with offices in San Diego, CA. Personal Characteristics Spokesperson, ambassador, and enthusiastic advocate for the association. A leader able to develop credibility with the membership, staff, and board. Experience engaging with a diverse, global constituency. Personable, self-confident, and positive. Self-reflective and excellent written communicator. Willingness to travel approximately 30-50 percent of the time domestically and internationally on behalf of the association. Trustworthy; operates with the highest level of integrity and ethical behavior. Skilled in interpersonal and organizational conflict analysis, management, and resolution.
