The Ideal Candidate Will Have
5+ years of hands-on QA automation experience in enterprise environments.
Expert-level experience with Katalon Studio, including designing automation frameworks from scratch.
Strong C# experience with unit test frameworks such as xUnit, MSTest, or NUnit.
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for test development (Jest or similar).
Experience performing API automation using tools like RestSharp or Postman.
Proven experience integrating automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Healthcare or clinical application testing experience.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Databricks for test data preparation and validation.

Ensure the local implementation of Client Technical (Quality) and Service Level Agreements.

Manage the change control system for Marken Miami.

This position is responsible for ensuring consistent quality by utilizing and implementing quality system processes by inspecting, testing and sampling of raw materials, work in process and finished goods.

+ Perform process inspections and show records for each process running and quality of products produced. 80% of your time will be on the production floor performing quality audits and evaluating the quality of each item produced to meet the customer's (internal and external) required specifications.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) is responsible to ensure all programs are in compliance with state regulations and meet Dungarvin standards of quality. The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) must be aggressive in finding problems that are or could be a licensing issue. This position works collaboratively with the State Director, Area Directors, Area Managers and other program employees to identify problems, develops plans for correction, and assure that plans are fully implemented. The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA), will closely monitor the completion of corrective actions to ensure timely completion by program management.
Assess sites for quality assurance concerns as scheduled or upon request.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of sites and follow-up with sites.
Track, review and follow-up on abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations.
Analyze data from electronic and paper-based systems to inform the management team of quality issues related to service delivery.
Provide in-the-moment training to staff when issues are observed.
Provide support to the management team in responding to Requests for Proposals.
Work closely with recruitment, training and retention leaders to inform the effectiveness of their efforts.
Work with the management team to identify and train QA reviewers where needed.
Work with the management team to develop, communicate, implement and provide feedback regarding prioritized QA goals.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) is responsible to ensure all programs are in compliance with state regulations and meet Dungarvin standards of quality. The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) must be aggressive in finding problems that are or could be a licensing issue. This position works collaboratively with the State Director, Area Directors, Area Managers and other program employees to identify problems, develops plans for correction, and assure that plans are fully implemented. The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA), will closely monitor the completion of corrective actions to ensure timely completion by program management.
Assess sites for quality assurance concerns as scheduled or upon request.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of sites and follow-up with sites.
Track, review and follow-up on abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations.
Analyze data from electronic and paper-based systems to inform the management team of quality issues related to service delivery.
Provide in-the-moment training to staff when issues are observed.
Provide support to the management team in responding to Requests for Proposals.
Work closely with recruitment, training and retention leaders to inform the effectiveness of their efforts.
Work with the management team to identify and train QA reviewers where needed.
Work with the management team to develop, communicate, implement and provide feedback regarding prioritized QA goals.
Provide leadership with policies, systems, and initiatives.
Assist in quality assessment, intervention and enhancement of services and supports.

I. BASIC FUNCTION
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator ensures products, services, and processes meet all established standards and regulations. The QA Coordinator will achieve this by implementing quality control procedures, monitoring operations, and data analysis.

8. Implement waste management program, conduct weekly inspections, monitor inventories, and coordinate offsite disposal.
9. Assist with pre-discharge/transfer verification process i.e., dock line testing, barge sampling, etc.
10. Participate in quality aspects of commissioning/decommissioning of a tank system.
11. Monitor temperature management program for applicable products.
12. Assist with training of operators on chemical characteristics and relevance of testing conducted.
13. Provide input on standard operating procedures for quality conformance.

6. Knowledge of CFR titles 20, 33, 40, and 49 a plus. Current 40-Hour Hazwoper training is preferred, not required.

Position involves extended periods of outdoor physical work in extreme climate conditions - heat and cold. Physical requirements of the job include potentially daily climbing of bulk storage tanks, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching. Must be capable of opening manways, placing and removing sampling equipment that may weigh up to 60 pounds, must be able to carry sampling equipment over areas where a vehicle cannot travel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier and service location personnel, serving as the main point of contact for quality-related matters.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier parts at the service location to ensure compliance with quality standards, specification, and material flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement supplier quality performance objectives.
Recommend initiatives, including process improvements and corrective action plans, to drive product quality, reliability, and cost reductions.

About the Role:
As a Quality Technician at Oliver Inc., you will:
Inspects incoming raw material, reviews setup and make-ready, conducts First Article inspections, in-process sampling, and final quality acceptance sampling.
Performs quality tests, including, but not limited to, print characteristics, gloss, appearance, dimensions, thickness, product compatibility, scuff/scratch resistance, ink/varnish/foil adhesion, code verification, bond, opening force, closing and drop testing.
Responsible for determining material/product disposition: accept, block, reject.
Records quality information, enters data into system, and prepares product identification tags (load tags, quarantine tags, scrap authorization tickets, etc.)
Prepares customer samples, color range books, final product samples, and defect panoplies, as required.
Communicates results to appropriate departments: Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service and/or Shipping.
About You:
