Training Details:
The CORE program includes seven weeks of classroom training within the 22-week program. Classroom sessions occur in one- to three-week blocks and are held in midtown Phoenix. Eligible hires receive hotel accommodations, as well as meal and mileage reimbursements during required in-person training.

* Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience teaching health-based lessons and working one-on-one with clients.
* Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
* Passion for health coaching and helping others.
* A Personal Training Certification is useful, but not required.
