Brushed up on Nerdio as a company and the technology we worked with.
From what I can tell, Nerdio is above average for my role.
From what I can tell, extremely diverse.
The most fulfilling part of working at Nerdio is solving challenges for our partners and customers.
People, culture, technology, and team spirit.
Can't think of anything.
Volunteer Time Off
Openness to challenge status quo and every opinion matters; approachability.
Nothing comes to mind.
Website, analysts reports, most recent market news, LinkedIn network, and industry experts.
Compensation is unfortunately below industry standards.
We have a very diverse team and culture, which is highly respected and appreciated.
People, roll-up the sleeves mentality, technology, market opportunities.
Fantastic culture, great opportunities, excellent leadership.
No 401k Match
Internal Groups, and events
No hierarchy, I can speak to anyone at any time for anything
The company culture is already so great, let's make sure it stays this way as we continue to grow
I read up on the company, leadership and polished my skills for the specific role I was applying for.
It is slightly above industry average
This is the most diverse group of people I have ever worked with
Seeing the fruits of my labor and being recognized for it by people not even within my immediately role
No 401K, no reimbursement for remote workers (phone, internet, etc)
All remote
There isnt one
Ceo is extremely intelligent and personable and approachable.
More benefits, to include broader healthcare plan, 401K program, FSA and reimbursement for expenses incurred by remote workers.
On the low side. Base salaries are lower than most of industry.
Working with good people

Remote work
Keep growing the company to continue the trend of positive atmsophere
Research and practicing my craft.
It’s a fair compensation.
I like the diversity I have been seeing within the organization that I am apart of.
Executing on job and collaboration with my peers.
Remote work. Flexible schedules. Management is exceptional and really allow staff to be self-sufficient. Our feedback is valued, and we're allowed to speak freely. The compensation package is very fair and I don't feel like just a "cog in the machine".
I honestly don't know. If I had to be picky, maybe people who need to travel should be given company credit cards.
Flexibility. As long as I'm doing my job, nobody is there to make sure I "punch a clock". We work hard at our own pace and take time where we need it. We're allowed to prioritize family, physical and mental health, and make sure we're ready to do our work.
Our leadership team is very transparent and even someone like me who is relatively new to the organization, has been able to speak with our CEO, CRO, CTO and be heard.
As with most fully remote organizations, finding ways for teams to meet in person more frequently would be great.
I really just went in and was just myself. The interviews weren't anxiety inducing. Everyone was very professional and made the experience as enjoyable as possible.
I think that it is very fair compensation for the role in this industry. The benefits initially weren't great, but they have gotten much better in the short time I've been here.
I feel we are a very diverse organization.
The partners that I talk to are genuinely glad to speak with us on a daily basis. They value what we do and love our product. It's a big change from where I came from where we were constantly defending ourselves.
Remote work with no micromanaging. We are all here working towards the same goal and working hard.
Really the only thing is no 401k match
It is remote work, but we all still love to meet when we can in person. So a few opportunities to travel each year. Our leaders are so approachable and involved.
They are heavily involved, care about the people, and are approachable.
Not sure but know it's something Nerdio is always trying to improve and is conscious about
Looked up Nerdio and Azure
Working with a fun collaborative team
Yes, I think Nerdio is conscious of this.
I think Nerdio is great at this and willing to discuss such topics.
My favorite perks are the unlimited PTO, the company offsites, and the culture clubs.
The pros of working at Nerdio are the collaborative and empowering work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and the chance to really make an impact on the company. I also like the inclusive culture and supportive team dynamics at Nerdio, as well.
Some of the cons of working at Nerdio are the lack of established processes and ambiguous feedback from management. I think that this is reflective of the company's really fast growth and ever- evolving structure. I think once the growth equalizes, these things won't be an issue anymore.
I came from a different industry, so I studied hard to be able to have somewhat intelligent conversations with the interviewers.
I believe that since we are all working remotely, having multiple offsite meetings a year would definitely help us all get to know each other better.
I appreciate how open the Nerdio CEO leadership team is to feedback and how they are willing to listen. There is no weird barrier with the leadership team. You can approach any of them with your ideas, and they will be met with open arms.
In my experience, it is on par with what other companies are paying for my role.
I think we can improve on some of the racial demographics.
I find the most fulfilling thing about working at Nerdio is that my work and my ideas are respected and taken seriously.
Great company, with a very good solution to sell. The leadership care for their people. I love it.

remote working
Their vision and that they care for their team.
it is a work in progress
By understanding their market and how i could make a difference
Better than industry average
It is diverse
I love working with our teams and our leaders.
Nerdio have built a high energy culture where all of the team lean in to help each other. Everyone in the company feels so invested in our mission.
Everybody is empowered to do their job and there is no micromanagement
The CEO is a creative thinker and an excellent listener. The company exec team are always keen to here perspectives of anybody in the company.
There are some challenges with being fully remote and not having an office but the company puts things in place to support that.
I researched heavily on the market, the companies opportunities and then came with a perspective on how I could make a difference based on my experience.
I think Nerdio provides good compensation with people given targets that are achievable.
The exec team are very conscious of ensuring we have people from different backgrounds in leadership positions.
The way the whole company is working together to meet the goals we all have.
flexibility, short line to management, quick decisions, international environment and the real scale up feeling
small teams internationally with geo spreading
Flexible Time Off
Responsiveness, openness and honesty
More team-gatherings to tighten the team feeling
Research on market position, competition and leadership team
little bit above average, not much. I dont work at Nerdio only for the paycheck, I love the tech.
No other word needed than great! Been a clear focus from leadership since I started.
Building the best solutions for our customers as a small company bringing significant value.
The team, the technology, our partners and customers.
None.
The total package.
The freedom and trust they give you.
Better onboarding program now that we are growing so rapidly.
I didn't.
Perhaps a bit lower than at competitors, but I am not complaining.
Great.
The diversity of tasks daily.
Limitless opportunity if you seek it. A very driver promoted company that values ideas and creativity.
None that come to mind.
Even though we are a dispersed and remote company, there is a strong collaboration and interactivity type of culture. And we also have the regular company meetings where the whole group gets together around the world in person which is always fun!
There is a flat communication structure at Nerdio and everyone is available to chat or bounce idea off.
Only thing I would suggest is more opportunity to get together in person with your department.
Reviewed my experience in the EUC space.
Above average
It's a well balanced company in that respect.
Doing what I love with good people
Great culture of inclusivity and ideas. Huge growth potential and company ownership. Unlimited PTO and customers who love us.
none
Work from anywhere!
Our CEO is one of a kind, he's incredibly intelligent in both business and technology while remaining humble and open to learn from others.
More opportunities for employees to work together in person.
Researched the company and product online.
compensation is above average for top performers and average for others.
Nerdio is huge diverse employing people from all different backgrounds, cultures, etc.
Working with other employees cross departmentally and our amazing customers who we truly help.
In my short time here, I've experience excellent support from leadership, lots of learning opportunities and an incredible and vibrant group of people I get to work with day in and day out/
I can't think of many cons but if we need an answer here, I would say a retirement match.
My favorite perk is certainly working from my home. It gives me the opportunity to maximize my family and work time without a daily commute.
They are a very bright group of folks, eager to get this company is an even better position and set to grow.
I think more opportunities to connect in person would help bring us all a little closer from a culture perspective.
I learned as much as I could about Nerdio and Azure, from there I just focused on being myself and it all came together.
I would say it is about on-par.
I feel great about this, it's a diverse bunch.
Celebrating mine and my colleagues successes.
Working at Nerdio will undoubtedly require a rapid pace and if you're a motivated individual, you will be up to the challenge!
Tons of opportunities to reach professional career goals at a hyper growth company.
I enjoy the opportunity to work remotely
The leadership team is willing to listen to feedback and respond. They do seem to care about their employees.
We move very fast, but sometimes there are downsides to that. To improve culture we should consider slowing the pace of unnecessary change to avoid burnout.
No differently than I've prepared for any other interview
I think that my compensation is fair and potentially slightly above average compared with other companies
I think our company has a good representation of many demographics
I most enjoy contributing to the success of our company each day!
There are really on pros I cant think of anywhere else I would want to work.
none
The Software and the fact we are a strategic partner not just a software. Culture is amazing, Modern - Fully Remote. Nerdio name recognition/reputation is held to a very positive regard in the Enterprise / MSP world. Love it!
The Culture they created and their focus on excellence with an everything matters approach.

Helping MSPs have the best Azure AVD/ Iaas/Intune/Defender practices that ensures optimal profit/labor efficiency/ quality of life for their org.
The growth potential, the people, the product, the pace. Nerdio has it all!

The leadership team is stellar and makes themselves available to anybody at the company at any time. The CEO is
Great Team. collaborative environment. able to learn a lot everyday

Lots of drag from managers placing past employees in mgmt. positions.

Great open personality. Focused but approachable.
Keep doing what you are doing.
Review of core company focus, video and industry review articles.
It is low overall. 10% lower than comparable jobs.
Nerdio is very diverse on a global scale.
Performing my job functions without micromanaging. Success in my team and my workload.
This is a great and growing company that embraces change.
The entire company is remote and global. We also have unlimited PTO (and are encouraged to use it)!
This is my first company where everyone is remote so it took a bit to get used to not seeing people as often.
Vadim is always open to listen to the employees.
I didn't do much preparation for my interview; it was more conversational than getting grilled on what I know.
I believe my compensation at Nerdio is about the same as the industry average.
I think the representation of diverse demographics within Nerdio is OK, but it could be better. We do have some female leaders, but a majority of the staff is male.
I love working with customers to solve their problems and see them grow.
Working remotely with a flexible working schedule has been a large benefit to working here, and I genuinely enjoy my colleagues. I've made some strong personal connections in my time so far.
One con is that the company is in such a growth stage so there are a lot of new things happening without the processes in place to sustain them.
My favorite perk so far has been travel to the company onsite meeting and to NerdioCon.
The founders are very passionate and knowledgeable about this team and industry. The rest of the leadership team has been critical to growing the company to where it is today, and I think there is still a lot of potential for great things to happen.
Being a remote company, there are limited opportunities for building strong working relationships with individuals outside the immediate team. I would increase the frequency of opportunities for personal connection, which is in the works.
I prepared for my interview by learning more about the virtual desktop industry, making connections between this role and my previous experience, and doing research about the individuals I was interviewing with to be able to make positive impressions on them.
I think it is generally pretty good for the role I'm in. However, based on the amount of work I am doing and compared to my colleagues, I feel I should be making a bit more.
I feel the team is somewhat diverse, and it's improving with the new team members joining.
What brings me the most joy is making strong connections with my colleagues. I also get joy knowing I've put in a strong effort in the work I've done and receiving positive recognition from my leaders and team.
I have worked for a lot of companies that claim a "flat org structure" but Nerdio truly functions as one.
Unlimited PTO is amazing. Especially when your peers and managers don't make you feel guilty for taking time off.
I met the CEO during my first week, when he popped into a meeting I was having. They had an oddly calming presence and didn't make me nervous at all. The leadership team on a whole is accepting of change and really wants what is best for customers and employees.
I would look at improving benefits (matching 401k, maternity/paternity leave).
I did a Nerdio demo, researched the company, and did role-playing interviews with mentors.
I am very fairly paid at Nerdio.
Our representation of women, at all levels of the organization, is impressive.
Enablement and contiuous learning. Support from peers and management to continuously level up and take risks to advance your role, your team and, ultimately, the company.
Nerdio is a fast paced company which is great and also really important to keep up the velocity to move the company forward. Not really a "con", but it's definitely something that is different about the culture from many other companies.
WFH is by far the #1 perk/benefit! Also, the support from peers and Nerdio leadership to keep learning, keep striving, get better every day.
Vadim is authentic and truly believes in Nerdio and the team. He leads with excitement in the product, the company and the team. He puts his ego aside to help us all share in his vision.
I think it's pretty great - keep doing what you are doing! I appreciate the meritocracy - hard work is appreciated and rewarded.
I studied my interviewers backgrounds and experience on Linkedin, studied the Nerdio website, videos, case studies, asked lots of questions to understand the company, the role, and the culture.
In my experience, the compensation at Nerdio is on par with industry standards.
I feel that we have good diversity. While diversity matters, I'm more appreciative of the strong work ethic and results driven teams that I work with.
Surpassing quota! While that is the goal, I also very much appreciate the Nerdio leadership/management team and my peers. Everyone has the best of intentions, doesn't judge for not knowing the answers, is willing to help and learn.
Flexible WFH environment, fast paced, great people and collaborative culture
Not many so far
$1k tech stipend and flexible pto
Vadim is as smart as they come. He’s very level headed and willing to help. This really goes for most of our exec team
Easier said than done, but ability to be in person with colleagues on occassion
Researched the company, role requirements and people working there
I make more than I did at VMware
Good. I have a female manager and my team is quite diverse kverall
Helping our customers and implementing processes to be able to do that better
Flexibility to do the work I love in a fast pace highly innovative organization. We are the David in the Goliath story and are disrupting the End User Computing industry.
So much innovation causes us to have to prioritize what gets built which great gesture serves our customers the most is sometimes a hard decision. We want to build it all!
Unlimited PTO. 100% Remote Work org. Everyone gets ISO stocks and is owner of the company which means everyone rows the boat the same pace and with intensity.
He is disciplined and have this this before, being Uber focused on the missing makes sure we’re not going down the wrong path. We are a profitable organization and continue to grow month on month.
Mix up the MsP and Enterprise teams a bit more.
I took a cognitive test but it was my experience in the industry that was recognized and assisted me in getting this role.
This is an above average paying organization.
Super diverse. We have many women in leadership and people of color and different backgrounds in the org.
Being able to put ideas into action and seeing how it impacts our customers brings the most joy.
Work remotely, all the teams collaborate. Everyone is willing to help each other.

Great people and culture
Everyone is invested in winning, and we work together toward that common goal.
Vadim is a thought leader and we
Remote-first culture. Emphasis on culture, which is difficult in a remote setting.
We're growing fast and need to keep up, but in a lot of ways that's what makes it great to work here.
I'm still new so it's hard to say, but probably the connections with coworkers.
They come from the industry and understand the challenges of our customers.
Nothing to note.
I spoke with Nerdio customers who use their product.
Based on what I've heard, the compensation at nerdio is higher than the industry average.
Based on my interactions it appears that diversity isn't a problem.
Making connections.
Excellent Work from home, low stress environment. There is no micro-management, team wants to see you succeed.
Very few, if any!
Unlimited PTO
Always available and a great face of the company
More in person team events
Ensure that I was knowledgeable about the product
my compensation at Nerdio is very fair
The company does a great job hiring from all over
the independence to ensure I am able to complete my tasks
A pro is having a great group of people who all share the same vision and are willing to move in the right direction. They handle things the right way and make it a great place to work.
In my experience the cons of working at Nerdio are we don't do enough in person events for the company but that is what we all signed up for so it's not that big of a deal.
Unlimited PTO has to be my favorite perk because they realized that to get the most out of their people they have to give a good work life balance.
Great management, great product, great insurance
Salary could be higher, don't match retirement
Unlimited PTO, stock options, insurance
Involved, contactable
Nothing

Leadership is knowledgeable and seems to make good choices for both the business and its employees
Researching the company and the IT industry as much as possible
Culture is great overall - not as much of an emphasis on DEI as I would prefer, but not bad either
My compensation is within the industry average
Representation is okay, but would be improved
Working with my team to achieve common goals
The people, and the culture!
I cannot find one yet!
The remote atmosphere, no hierarchy of meeting your C suite level executives, feels like a big family!
Vadim is a stand up guy! He just won Entrepreneur of the year
Honestly, I do not believe that it can be better than what is it!
Research! I spent a lot of time figuring out Nerdio, and researching the company. I also kept up to date with current trends in the MSP space since that is the position I applied for.
Above average, they are extremely generous
We do not have cameras on most of the time so I do not see the diverse demographics but does it really matter anymore?
Helping these MSP owners get off their feet and into the world of Azure, Intune, and 0365
Remote, flexible, great culture/ energy, collaborative and supportive team across the company.
Sometimes the fast-paced environment can be a bit too fast-paced.
Supportive manager and remote work.
There is trust in the CEO and leadership team. They are transparent about the business with employees.
Reviewed job posting and researched the company.
I believe it is at industry average.
Good and getting better
Learning and growing.
Nerdio's culture - it is an extremely collaborative environment where everyone is commited to the success of the business. It's a fully remote work environment allowing for optimal work/life balance.
The salary was a bit lower than expected but the people and potential growth of the company make up for it!
100% fully remote!
Nerdio leadership truly values its employees and everyone has a seat at the table. All ideas are welcomed and taken into consideration.
Having more in-person meetups to get to know other employees within the organization!
Researching the organization through news articles, website, and talking to people who either worked at the company or knew of it.
Average
Average but it is top of mind for leadership.
The people I get to work with every day who are kind, talented, and have made me feel welcome since day one!
