We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager, Sales Revenue to oversee and coordinate key initiatives within our SMB sales organization to help drive efficiency and performance.
This Project Manager, Sales Revenue plays a critical role on the SMB team, leading multiple projects from inception through execution. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout projects to ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met on time and with quality output. You will leverage your expert communication skills to frequently inform stakeholders and Sales Leadership of project status and to advise on potential risk and mitigation strategies. You will analyze project outcomes to proactively look for new ways to optimize and improve team efficiency.
Where you can make an impact:
Project Planning: Lead project from start to finishing, working directly with Sales leadership to define project scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with sales goals.
Drive Collaboration and Accountability: Collaborate with sales leadership, business development, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure projects continue to drive forward to meet defined business objectives. Communicate frequently with stakeholders to manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
Sales Process Improvement: Work with Sales Operations to Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose strategies for improvement.
Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and results. Analyze project outcomes and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Work with sales operations to optimize CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting tools to measure initiatives.
Resource & Budget Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Your experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a sales or commercial environment
Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results under tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with project planning software
Preferred Qualifications:

The Associate Procurement Project Manager supports the management of the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) supply chain for construction projects under the guidance of the Project Manager, Procurement. This junior role involves assisting with project coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Job Summary:
The Partner Integration Associate Project Manager will be an important member of a focused team that is responsible for integrating acquired registered investment advisor (“RIA”) firms methodically, efficiently and effectively to deliver value, promote standardization, realize economies of scale and reduce risk. This role will deal with all phases of integrating an acquired firm; the position will focus heavily on supporting various data management projects to move the integration process forward. This will include, but not be limited to, organizing, reconciling and validating data and performing various operations tasks to progress the integration process forward. In addition, the position will require adherence to project timelines, deadlines and deliverables and holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to meeting established target completion dates. General knowledge of investment operations and superior skills in Microsoft Excel are essential. The Associate Project Manager must be highly organized, possess the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, think critically and work easily through roadblocks and obstacles. Moreover, the position requires outstanding communication skills (including understanding the “audience,” responsiveness, promptness, patience and clarity) and superior attention to detail.
Essential Job Functions for the Associate Project Manager will include:
Support, assist and take direction from Sr. Project Managers in integrating multiple acquired firms simultaneously.
Managing the transition of clients to Mercer agreements, including the creation of individual agreements, dissemination to clients and tracking and archiving executed agreements.
Assist in the transition of custodial relationships from the acquired firm to Mercer Advisors.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum three to five years of financial services industry experience with a high level of knowledge of investment operations.
