Michael joined JTC following the acquisition of NES Financial in 2020.

As Group Head of Technology Strategy Michael is a member of the Group Holdings Board, the most senior Executive Committee of the JTC Group. Michael was the founder and visionary behind the establishment of NES Financial and has been continually raising the bar for best practices and transparency in fund administration for more than a decade. He is passionate about better financial administration solutions delivered through improved utilization of technology, greater administrative efficiency, and best-in-class sector expertise.

Michael brings years of experience, including enterprise class real-time technology solutions for financial risk management, compliance, sales, and marketing. He has previously worked extensively with major corporations such as Intel, Microsoft, Charles Schwab and Nikon.

Thomas Steipp is a President & COO at NES FINANCIAL and is based in Los Gatos, California. He has worked as CEO at LIQUIDMETAL TECHNOLOGIES INC, Pilot at United States Air Force, and VP/GM at Scientific Atlanta. Thomas studied at United States Air Force Academy between 1967 and 1971 and Purdue University Krannert School of Management between 1976 and 1977.
