We are seeking a Senior Network Test & Certification Engineer with deep expertise in network modeling, simulation, cloud, and automation, and the ability to leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to streamline testing workflows, accelerate certification processes, and optimize network designs. Support and lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of company's rapidly growing network and voice infrastructure (including but not limited to LAN, WAN, VPN's, Qos and WAN Optimization, Firewalls, VoIP) Collaborate with other team members and groups to identify and develop scalable network designs, solutions and policy Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of relevant work experience in audo and video solution, preferably with DANTE Protocol Proven troubleshooter and problem solver, demonstrates sound judgment and decision making, demonstrated ability to execute effectively and deliver results, works well in fast paced, high energy environment Intimate familiarity with switching, routing, and wireless protocols required.
Experience with Security and authentication systems: VPNs, RADIUS, LDAP, Kerberos is preferred.
Telephony experience in a production call center & enterprise environments is preferred Juniper platform experience preferred.

As a Senior Wireless NetworkEngineer, you will play a critical role in designing and securing next-generation wireless network infrastructures. You will lead strategic initiatives to merge enterprise and campus networks, enhance wireless performance, and enforce robust security measures.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and optimize wireless network architectures for large-scale environments.
* Integrate wireless solutions with enterprise infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
* Define and enforce advanced wireless security controls, including secure access and encryption.
* Collaborate with IT security and network software teams to automate management and mitigate risks.
* Lead multi-quarter wireless network projects from design through maintenance.
* Develop and implement NetGen firewall security policies.
* Mentor and guide networkengineering teams, fostering technical growth.
* Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network incidents promptly.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in networking, specializing in wireless design and implementation.
* Expertise in Wi-Fi 6, 802.11ax/ac/n, RF design principles, and Aruba/ClearPass integration.
* Proven track record in leading large-scale wireless projects.
* Strong knowledge of network security best practices and Palo Alto Networks platforms.
* Experience with backbone infrastructure (routing, switching, SD-WAN) and CI/CD automation.
* Familiarity with AI/ML applications for network optimization is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
