This position Provides professional administrative management and direction of all phases of construction, maintenance, fiscal and personnel matters in a designated area. The Telemetry Nurse carries out patient assignments and assumes primary care responsibilities that promote health, prevent illness, restore health, and ease suffering for patients released from intensive care, but still require close monitoring for signs of physical distress or danger. Telemetry nurses utilize sophisticated medical equipment to monitor the vital signs of patients in their unit. Nurses work with physicians to develop treatment plans for patients in the telemetry unit. The blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen level and cardiac electrical activity of patients in a telemetry unit is constantly monitored by specialized equipments, and telemetry nurses keep track of this information and take quick action to treat patients who develop problems. Telemetry nurses mainly care for patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery.

Internship Position Duties:
* Assist an engineer/technician with the inspection and testing of materials and construction operations for compliance with plans and specifications on US-75 highway passing lane projects in Brown and Jackson County. The project scope includes grading, surfacing, seeding, signing and pavement marking. Construction work will include asphalt milling, overlay and new paving, road embarkment grading and compaction, and removing/replacing existing concrete structures.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program. Certification of Enrollment in an Engineering Program is required for education to be considered.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Valid Driver's License at time of appointment.
Education:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

* This position is subject to pre-employment physical capacity testing. The selected candidate will be required to pass the screening as a condition of employment.
