How can someone get a job there? Any specific qualifications?

No qualifications outside of a high school diploma. Prior experience is a plus. You can either earn your way in through a temp agency, depending on location, or apply online. Just google "Nestl Jobs." I'm not going to post the website because I don't want to seem like I'm advertising. :p

What is the best part about working for Nestl?

Honestly, I love our huge focus on safety. It's not just a faade to keep OSHA away, like most places. Our #1 priority is to have all our employees go home the same way they showed up. Anything else is secondary.
