POSITION SUMMARY:
Hired candidates will be selected to work on the Production Line.
Production Responsibilities include - The operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of equipment in receiving, production, packaging, and distribution areas of the factory. **POSITION SUMMARY:**
Lead a multi-functional team whose objective is to lead all aspects of the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. Requirements
* (BA/BS) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Process or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years related work experience.
* In-depth knowledge of food processing plant and technology:
* Maintenance technologies.
* Operation of utilities.
* Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R).
* Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers.
* Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM).
* CAPEX budgeting and preparation (CIAT).
* Industrial Services and Energy Management (NEMT).
* Heat exchanger systems & Ammonia knowledge
* able to apply root cause problem solving and technical creativity to systemically resolve complex short term and long term issues and opportunities.
* Ability to perform under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
* Strong organization and multi-tasking skills - ability to balance and prioritize several projects simultaneously.
