The Digital Activation Manager will oversee the entire digital experience for Nuun, inclusive of Paid, Owned, Earned and E-Commerce channels, partnering closely with brand and cross-functional teams (DSI team, E-Commerce, Media, Creative Excellence, etc.). This position will also oversee the development of the brands annual digital strategy aligned with brand objectives, and then lead execution of those recommended tactics and activations. This includes Content Strategy as a significant and ongoing deliverable. This role is a fit for someone who is passionate about digital and can develop a vision with how they want their assigned brands to evolve in a competitive landscape. Being a highly central and cross functional role, relationship building, and autonomous management are critical to success. Responsibilities: * Develop and lead the annual digital brand strategy, recommending impactful strategies and respective tactics that deliver on brand objectives * Partner with DSI team on the delineation of strategies and tactics that will be included in the annual digital brand plan * Present plan to brand teams and align on the key digital initiatives and investments for the year, for which the brand needs to provide support * Oversee the Digital Brand ecosystem and consumer journey, including the ongoing roadmap for continuous evolution and improvement * Partner with Media team to execute media activations, including owning the creative development and trafficking it to agencies to launch * Manage and maintain owned channels, such as the brand website, social media channels, CRM, SEO, etc. in partnership with subject matter experts within the DSI team * Monitor and report performance of the entire digital ecosystem for Nuun and link qualitative and quantitative performance indicators to brand objectives * Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to keep the larger team appraised on what is working, what's not working and what is happening outside of our brand * Partner with eCommerce and Customer Strategy Teams to align digital plans with ecommerce plans in support of a complete and consistent customer journey * Partner with Media, Brand, and eCommerce team to develop annual eCommerce Media Plans within holistic media planning process * Lead content creation process for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and brand guidelines * Leverage owned and operated digital channels to drive website traffic and DTC conversions * Lead content strategy for paid, organic, and eCommerce product page placements * Partner with Creative Excellence to lead and drive the creative briefing process, seeing content through from conception to deployment * Track, analyze, and report digital content performance * Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to keep the organization informed on what's working, what's not and what it takes for best-in-class Requirements: * 7-10 Years of Experience in Digital Marketing on a consumer facing brand or business * Bachelor's Degree preferrably in related area * Experience or understanding of Amazon and eCommerce is a huge plus Skills: * Eager to take a role with both strategic and operational requirements * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer behavior into actions * Enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment * Exceptional attention to detail * Excellent communication skills (written and oral) * Experience working and leading cross-functional teams * Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside partners * Thrives in a fast-paced business environment with an ability to adapt quickly to change * Must be analytical with a focus on leveraging data and insights * Must be results driven * Must be a creative thinker who is comfortable proposing and presenting ideas or recommendations to stakeholders at different levels * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to operate with autonomy, capable of problem solving in real time without hand holding The approximate pay range for this position is $98,000- $112,200 base.
