Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled to drive down performance losses and increase equipment reliability. Build operator technical skills and capability. **PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:** + Maintain Factory Equipment - + Identify defects, execute maintenance plan and troubleshoot equipment. + Work in various areas of the plant including: Material handling and storage equipment. + Understand Power distribution system (up to 480 volts). + Control systems - Basic PLC, Motor, sensor, drives and Basic electrical circuits, Basic understanding of device communication networks. + Mechanical system - Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Mechanical Drive systems. + Troubleshooting and problem solving skills to maintain, optimize and improve production equipment, with key plant indicators such as safety, quality, cost. + Review maintenance plans and optimize to drive reliability of equipment. + Review required spare parts to keep maximize technical warehouse service factor. + Maintains engineering drawings (electrical and mechanical). + Build capability - + Coach operator skills- adjustments / changeovers for new and improvements in existing process.
