You have a passion for storytelling. You enjoy designing and developing content, especially through video, to drive audience engagement. You love immersing yourself in an organization and sharing its culture, stories, and people. You wear many hats, can thrive in a wide range of roles, and are looking to grow and develop your talents even further. You're skilled in conceptualizing, writing, producing, shooting, and editing best-in-class video productions. Most importantly, you would take pride in helping tell amazing Nestlé stories and valuable learnings throughout the organization to empower and delight employees.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Planning, designing, producing, filming, and editing video content for internal and external communications campaigns.
+ Work with internal stakeholders to create division level video communications ranging from town halls to monthly leadership messages.
+ Create thumb-stopping employee culture stories for external audiences.
+ Manage a digital video database of all content captured and created for easy access amongst communications partners.
+ Serve as an assistant on larger in-house video productions - helping with lighting, audio, teleprompter, b-camera operation, interviews, and more.
+ Manage our production calendar, studio operations and equipment organization.
+ Lead efforts to upskill fellow employees with basic video production knowledge.
**REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:**
+ Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Animation or related degree or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 2-3 years of hands-on video and graphic experience for digital and social distribution.
+ Must have at least a basic level proficiency with Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly pivot due to changing priorities, circumstances, and stakeholder styles.
+ A track record of building energetic, impactful marketing content.
+ Ability to apply feedback, take direction well, and work quickly to revise content for approval/distribution.
+ Strong organizational skill, especially around digital asset management and cloud-based storage.
+ A strong command of visual design, including image editing experience.
+ Impeccable attention to detail.
+ Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly in an entrepreneurial and flexible environment.
+ A collaborative style, with an understanding of how to leverage and support existing content, initiatives, and contributions.
**Preferred but not required:**
+ After Effects and any other Adobe Creative Cloud expertise.
+ Experience working on internal content for large companies.
+ Experience in employer/workplace focused content production.
+ Understanding of a range of video production and photography technology including professional camera systems.
