As a Production Operator at our Hager City, WI facility, you'll enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $29.03/hour with an opportunity to increase to $32.47/hour after 6 months. Position Overview:
The sourcing intern reports to a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing organization. The intern's work will be individual project based with potential for group projects. The Sr Facility Technical Manager is responsible for managing the quality effort for Fridley. The Facility Technical Manager is the in-plant expert concerning production of the facility's product line and manages the laboratory staff. Process and Quality Management

Exposure to continuous improvement techniques: 8D, TQM, DMAIC, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, 5S.
Collaboration and Customer Focus
Collaborate with Sales to understand and address voice of the customer and influence customer perspective with data and analysis.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure manufacturing methods, processes, and performance are compliant and continuously improved.

SAP and Data Management
Ownership of site SAP data management: BOMs, Recipes, Master data, PI sheet, raw materials, and testing requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related degree.
