Managing the factory's Quality Program to ensure compliance to Company and regulatory requirements. Supporting the factory's HACCP system, Food Safety Plans, and Food Defense Plan. Manages Quality and Food Safety Training Compliance. Uphold Safety as a core value in all activities while actively participating in all factory Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives. * Coordinates Food Safety Management System, company Quality and Food Safety Policy, Quality Management Systems, and Federal Regulations. * Coordinate the Factory Internal Audit Program of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. * Ensure factory Document Control, Record Control, and Status Control programs are compliant with Corporate and regulatory requirements. * Assist in administration and communication of changes for Quality Monitoring Schemes.
