What a typical day looks like:

Determines the concentrations of the chemicals used in the work area.
Analyzes the color scheme and verifies the color matching is correct.
Checks product parts to be painted.
Provides support on product specifications.
Checks pieces according to painted samples.
Performs serigraphy printing.
Keeps track of all procedures.

Prepares print setting techniques.
Coordinates and trains new personnel to the area.

He/She vacuums carpets and upholstered furniture, and scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. The RoomAttendant replaces light bulbs, and replenishes bathroom supplies. He/She transports trash to the waste disposal area. He/She may be required to move furniture, hang drapery, and roll carpet when necessary. Other duties may be required as directed by the manager or supervisor.
On a typical day, the RoomAttendant performs the following duties:
1. Sorts, counts, folds, and transports linens to various site locations.
2. Makes beds in guest rooms.
3. Replenishes supplies (i.e. drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, etc.).
4. Cleans rooms, kitchens, lobbies, lounges, bathrooms, landings, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
5. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
6. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
7. Dusts furniture and equipment.
8. Polishes metalwork.
9. Washes windows, walls, door panels, sills, ceilings, and woodwork.
10. Empties waste baskets.
11. Cleans ashtrays.
12. Transports trash to waste disposal area.
13. Replaces light bulbs.
14. Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Coordinate with maintenance or repair services for major repairs.
Ensure tools are clean, properly stored, and in safe working condition.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all tools and equipment meet safety standards.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Manager.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tool room activities.
Prepare and submit reports on tool usage, inventory levels, and maintenance activities.
Support Manager to utilize inventory management software to track and manage tools.
Customer Service:
Assist employees with locating and selecting the appropriate tools for their tasks.
Pull reports from inventory system and distribute them to appropriate departments.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Your Background
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3 to 5 years of previous warehousing, equipment management experience preferred.
Experience performing truck/forklift duties preferred.
Industrial welding, tools, equipment & consumable knowledge preferred.
Tradesman hands on experience preferred.
US Citizenship Required
Previous experience in inventory management, tool room operations, or a related field.
Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in the industry.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic mechanical skills for tool maintenance and repairs.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Must be able to work in a team
Must be a self-starter
Requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must obtain a forklift certification when employed by Rhoads.
Must obtain OSHA 10 certification when employed by Rhoads.

Ability to lift to 75 lbs.

Essential Duties:
