**Position Summary:**
Field based execution of the global and local medical strategy for fecal microbiota spores (live-brk) to meet NHSc Medical objectives. Develop and reinforce Nestle's credibility as science leaders to win the trust of our stakeholders through the initiation and execution of high level scientific and clinical activities, gathering insights to inform the business and providing scientific expertise to stakeholders and the cross functional commercial partners.
The successful candidate must reside in territory, this role will cover: ID, MT, WY, SD, ND, UT, CO, NE, MN, IA and IL.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**External Stakeholder Collaboration:**
- Identify, engage, and grow relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential healthcare professionals (HCPs)

**Experience and Education Requirements:**
**Healthcare Professional Qualifications:**
- Doctoral Degree: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., gastroenterology, gut microbiome, infectious disease).
**Professional Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in direct patient care, clinical research, in therapeutic related area (gut microbiome, primary care, long term care, gastroenterology, or infectious disease)
- Pharmaceutical or Health Care Industry experience is preferred.
**Academic and Research Involvement:**
- Previous involvement in academic or research settings is preferred
**Professional Relationships:**
- Established relationships within medical and scientific communities, recognized for credible expertise in gut microbiome, gastroenterology, or infectious disease.
**Travel Requirements:**
- Willingness and ability to travel 60-70% of the time to meet with stakeholders and attend relevant events.
**Licensing:**
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required to facilitate travel.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Production Support Specialist is responsible for the material movement within their respective areas.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Performs the following duties before the material is brought into the production room; verifies the actual material matches the part code and description on the Bill of Material, verifies the actual material matches both barcodes on the pallet, verifies the expiration date of the material, verifies the condition of the packaging of the material, verifies the material is staged to the appropriate staging bin location, and checks that the actual pallet quantity coming into a room matches the quantity on the barcode label.
+ Immediately issues materials to appropriate job numbers as the material is brought into the production room.
+ Immediately informs the Production Supervisor or Coordinator of discrepancies between the barcode quantity and actual quantity.
+ Requisitions materials and/or ingredients from Warehouse personnel.
+ Runs variance report and compares material used to material staged and provide the information to the supervisor or the lead on a timely basis.
+ Assists Production Leads to ensure pallet quantities match tag quantities for any material returning to the Warehouse.
+ Prints and monitors bin reports throughout shift to identify problems and resolves them immediately.
+ Suggests changes to procedures that may increase the accuracy of inventory.
+ Assists leads in ensuring the staging bin inventory is accurate at the end of each production shift.

Reporting to the Food Safety Quality Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will independently manage programs within your functional area under limited supervision. You will support the implementation of processes and procedures while executing daily activities that ensure food safety and quality across the enterprise.
Your Impact:
Work with various business functions including Research & Development, Project Management, Procurement, and other project teams to identify and address FSQRA risks for new product launches that delight consumers.
Provide technical support to project teams on food safety and quality concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take accountability for assigned duties, and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
Check figures, postings, and documents to ensure correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes.
Compile accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts and accounts receivable.
Code documents according to company procedures for cash applications or credit memos.
Receive payments and post amounts to open customer accounts.
Verify the accuracy of all credit memo requests.
Prepare billing for all customers and brokers.
Keep records of invoices and supporting documents. Resolve discrepancies in outstanding invoices.
Sort and file correspondence and perform miscellaneous clerical duties.
Review and clean up miscellaneous balances in customer accounts.
Prepare weekly sales reports for WFC Canada.
Ensure that all business-related items are successfully and professionally communicated to coworkers, either verbally or in writing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of office \ bookkeeping experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with SAP a plus
Must be detail oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, have excellent communication skills, and have a customer success mindset
COMPENSATION
Hourly Rate: $24.50-$26.00
