+ Places clearly identified stock in appropri ate temporary or permanent storage rack locations or in refrige rator freezer or cooler area in accordance with specific oral or written instructions or established methods.
+ Organizes stock according to specific locations. Places color-coded and numerically coded stickers on products to indicate week and month of receipt. Moves and rotates stock so it is accessible to users.
+ Stage raw materials and packaging for multiple operations using "pull" sheets.
+ Responsible for calling the vendor to pick up used pallets.
+ Assists the USDA inspector with the stamping of export orders.
+ Dispose of trash, run floor scrubber and or mop and clean work area thoroughly.
+ Work overtime as assigned by supervisor.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Prior certification for driving forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack.
+ Must be a team player, willing to help in all areas.
+ Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software.
+ Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs.
+ Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
+ Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold).
+ Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
+ Ability to move/lift 75 lbs occasionally, basic math, and reading skills.
+ Three months Nestle factory experience is preferred.

**POSITION SUMMARY** - Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and HVAC utility equipment/systems.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
+ Starts systems and observes operation.
+ Read gauges and instruments and adjust mechanisms to control level of fluid, pressure and temperature in system.
+ Maintain proper functioning of refrigeration systems, steam generation, compressed air, hot water, treated water, glycol and other systems.
+ Use knowledge of water chemistry to maintain and service equipment.
+ Maintain monitoring of utilities used by the building.
+ Respond to emergency calls regarding refrigeration on production floor.
+ Ensure continued production operation as it relates to refrigeration equipment, utilities and HVAC equipment.
+ Dismantle malfunctioning system and test components using electrical mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment. Troubleshoot, adjust and /or repair utility systems equipment as problems/deviations occur.
+ Pipefitting and plumbing repair.
+ Repair/rebuild pumps, valves, regulators, traps, fans, etc.
+ Other duties assigned.
**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
+ State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator or Third Class Stationary Engineer License is required.
+ Manufacturing experience preferred.
+ Associate must have at least 3 years of experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and utility equipment/systems.
+ Experience in ammonia refrigeration and electrical controls preferred.
+ EPA refrigerant recovery certification preferred.
+ HAZMAT training certification preferred (will train). Must be willing and able to participate on a HAZMAT team.
+ Must have legible handwriting with attention to detail.
+ Must be able to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time.
+ Detect and understand warning lights, buzzers, alarms or instruments indicating hazardous conditions or circumstances which may cause equipment or product loss and physical harm.
+ Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
+ Must follow safety rules and procedures.
+ Must be able to work 12 hours per day on an assigned shift with some daily overtime and weekend overtime.
+ Must be able to work a rotating 3-4 schedule on assigned shift.
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
