Leverage Technology - Optimize efficiency and impact through Outreach, Seismic, Microsoft Dynamics, and AI-driven sales engagement solutions. Coach for Growth - Develop team members into sales-ready professionals prepared to move into Account Executive or other high-impact roles. Optimize Processes - Define cadences, build and refine the BDR playbook, and improve workflows to increase conversion rates and productivity. Collaborate to Win - Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Leaders, Practice Directors, and Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff, campaign execution, and pipeline acceleration. Measure & Motivate - Track performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, drive team accountability and achieves goals, and drive success with creative incentive programs and consistent recognition. Job Requirements 3+ years managing a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales team (mandatory) and 5+ years overall sales experience. Proficiency with Outreach, Microsoft applications (Dynamics CRM, Word, Teams, and Excel. Strong familiarity with Seismic, Dynamics Sales Accelerator, Xant, or Salesloft (preferred). Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop top-performing sales talent. A leadership style that is hungry yet humble, leading from the front and setting the standard. Experience with formal sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC, Selling Through Curiosity) is a plus. A proven track record of delivering results in enterprise software or technology sales environments. Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a “win as a team” mindset. About the job The Scientific Computing Team is looking for a Senior Operations Research Specialist to develop, document and support the SAS Optimization product, which includes an algebraic modeling language and eight mathematical optimization solvers, with an emphasis on computational performance.
