Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.

Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy, preparing bank deposits as needed, ensuring all night security lights are on, locking doors and securing building, arming/disarming security alarms, and checking/securing/locking delivery vehicle(s) parked in secure designated area.

Position Overview:

PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties which include processing incoming stock, picking orders from the warehouse stock, performing inventory controls, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and operating warehouse equipment.

· Pick orders from warehouse stock and prepare them for shipment safely and securely.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

A day in the life...
The Marketplace Clerk is the first smiling face to welcome our Guests while they are shopping at the Marketplace. You will have a variety of day-to-day responsibilities that include performing stock duties and processing customer orders.
Key Accountabilities:
* Greet customers, provide them with item information and direct them to the item's location in a store.
* Control inventory and inform procurement managers in case of low inventory levels.
* Discard all expired items according to company policy and place close dated products ones on special promotions.
* Perform stocking duties such as lifting, rotating products, ordering, blocking, dusting, and facing.
* Process customer orders while maintaining accuracy.
* Receive grocery items delivery and confirm the accuracy of both order and invoice.
* Assist with freight deliveries in a timely manner and maintain cold chain when required.
Requirements

* Previous grocery store and/or convenience store clerk/stocker/deli experience preferred (not required)
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fun and fast paced environment.
* Experience with cash handling and completing customer service transactions.
* Ability to focus on attention to guest needs and customer service.

Salary Description
$15.05 to $17.00 per hour

Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER- Pacific City, Pelican Brewing Company
The Assistant Manager joins our leadership team in leading the vision and ensuring the company core values are implemented throughout all operations. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and in the absence of that position will report directly to the General Manager. You will work closely with the management team of the restaurant operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pelican Brewing Company Brewpub.
Key Accountabilities:

Oversee day to day operations of the Siletz Bay Pelican Brewing Company, in partnership with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, supply, small wares, equipment, and paper goods at a minimum of 50 pounds constantly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment, as well as to work the line during service periods.
Must be able to work in an environment subject to loud noises from restaurant equipment and machinery, fumes, odors, dust, and smoke.
Previous F&B leadership experience required.
Strong communication skills with a passion for team building.
Working knowledge of general restaurant operations
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
