What We Need
The NetBrain Pre-Sales Engineering team is looking for an experienced Field Pre-Sales Engineer in the area of Network Management and Automation based remotely. This Field Pre-Sales Engineer will cover enterprise customers in Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota and provide technical expertise throughout our sales process. The Field Pre-Sales Engineer will be on the front lines helping our Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to close six and seven figure deals with the largest enterprises in the world. What You'll Do
You will lead technical discovery and solution development while performing various pre-sales demos of NetBrain software both on-site and online for prospective customers consisting of network engineers, network managers, and key business stakeholders.
Partner with Account Executives to create and refine strategies to support customers and sales opportunities with a focus on shaping customer initiatives, demonstrating business impact and achieving the technical win.
Provide technical sales leadership and oversight in the NetBrain Assisted Proof of Concept process (POC) via on-site and remote meetings with customers, proving NetBrain's functionality and value in the customer's environment.
Perform deep analysis of customers' network environment by capturing IT management pain points, shaping requirements, understanding their impact and proposing the most suitable solutions and describing the associated value.
Provide technical leadership on network technologies and deployments to internal NetBrain teams including pre-sales, post-sales, advanced services, marketing, and product management.
Make recommendations on potential product improvements to the product development team according to customer feedback.
Train and assist customers on using the many features of NetBrain to manage their network.
Act as the technical point of contact to prospective customers via on-line meetings, phone or email.

Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of major vendors' networking products configurations, operations, and deployments.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols, QOS, Security, MPLS, Multicast, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical presentation skills and the ability to manage key business stakeholders in very large enterprises.
You are a fast learner of highly complex technologies.
Previous Network Operations and/or NOC experience is preferred, not required.
Located in Illinois, Michigan or Minnesota and able to travel up to 50% within your territory.

Role and Responsibilities
Director, M&A and Strategic Investments, CBD Legal. This position would be in our Corporate Business Development (CBD) Legal group, and would report to the Managing Director, CBD Legal.

Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Facilities/Utilities Engineer who will report to the Associate Director of Global Engineering to support the client facilities capital projects. The Project Engineer shall collaborate with the project team in the investigation, design, construction, commissioning, and document turnover throughout the project life cycle.
Role accountabilities:
Design Engineering
Develop design criteria and specification

Track design and construction changes
Review RFI, Bulletins
Commissioning
Manage commissioning
Resolve deficiencies
Engineering Turnover Packages (ETOP)
Collect the required ETOP for the project
Review ETOP for accuracy and discrepancies
Facilitate master drawing updates with Documentation

Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a cohesive plan with objective progress reporting, including metrics.
Demonstrates functional/technical proficiency and engages in effective operational and strategic planning
Exhibit strong knowledge in building management system, building electrical system, and HVAC.
Receptive to change - Adapts (quickly) to changing circumstances
B.A., B.S. in Engineering or related discipline with 0-3 years of project management experience.
Motivated to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.

Summary:

What We Need
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations & Deal Desk Analyst to support our growing sales organization. This role plays a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, managing complex deal structures, and driving operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. What You'll Do
Deal Desk (Primary Focus - ~60%)
Serve as the go-to partner for sales reps on pricing, deal structuring, and approvals.
Review and support complex deals for compliance with internal policies (pricing, discounting, contract terms). Understands key issues affecting deal desk around deal structuring, revenue recognition, etc.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams on non-standard terms and exception handling. Firm command of deal structure and understanding the impact of deal terms that may affect various business collaborators and providing creative solutions to the customer and/or internal collaborators. Works closely with the CFO/CRO on the most complex deals.
Develop a roadmap for implementation of enhancements and new features through cross-functional stakeholder influence. Work with SFDC platform team to execute.
Develop and maintain pricing tools (price book, SKU creation, testing, and implementation, etc), templates, and processes that enable reps to quote accurately and efficiently.
Monitor deal velocity, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in quote-to-close cycle.
Sales Operations (~40%)
Support core sales processes (lead routing, pipeline hygiene, quota tracking, territory alignment, commissions processing, etc).
Support sales operations queue of requests with an understanding of priority.
Analyze sales data and build reports/dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to deliver insights on performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
Assist in designing and executing sales incentive plans and compensation analysis.
Support onboarding and training of sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
Who You Are
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Familiarity with legal concepts in contracts (MSAs, EULAs, SOWs, Order Forms).
Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce required) and sales tools (CPQ, SFDC dashboards and reporting). Familiarity of YesWare, Groove, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha is a plus.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of SaaS metrics and pricing models.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Excel, etc.).
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) is required to understand the audience's needs and maturely distill topics with easy-to-understand language.
Highly proactive with a “can-do” attitude and positive presence in all interactions.
Experience supporting global sales teams is a plus.
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics is a bonus.
