NetDocuments is seeking a Onboarding Customer Success Manager in the New York area who has experience working with or in the Legal Industry. This role will support our customers, building long-term client retention through presenting product information, assisting the sales team with upselling and renewals, and addressing customer issues. What You'll Do

What You'll Do
NetDocuments is seeking a Business Development Representative to help generate new, qualified sales opportunities for our North America sales team. The Business Development Representative will report to the Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with top of funnel account-based territory strategy, strategic outbound prospecting, prospect qualification, and deep alignment with sales counterparts to establish dedicated plays around unique territory needs.
You will:
Effectively manage, qualify, and grow sales pipeline
Prospect a greenfield territory to generate quality, sales ready pipeline
Effectively nurture and qualify leads from cold prospecting, marketing, and other sources
Qualify prospects prior to setting and completing demo appointments
Maintain current and relevant information on potential customers in Salesforce + contribute further account research and intelligence

What You'll Need to be Successful
Associate or bachelor's degree in business related field (preferred)
1+ year relevant experience in a sale's specific role
Previous software sales experience.
Previous Federal and Public Sector experience.

Your opportunity for impact:
NetDocuments is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst. This role will report to the FP&A Director, GTM and will be a trusted business partner owning budgeting and forecasting processes. The person in this role will have significant exposure to the Finance leadership and other senior leaders of NetDocuments as well. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a critical member of NetDocuments' FP&A team, driving the Finance organization day to day and providing insight and analysis to inform decision making and support the growth in our business. The ideal candidate will have proven success in partnering cross-departmentally and at least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate FP&A.
What your contributions will be:
Act as the trusted business advisor to the functional budget owners to understand revenue and expense forecasts and inputs during the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget and continuous forecasting processes
Maintain all company forecasts, including short-term and long-term financial and KPI projections
Work in partnership with the accounting team to consolidate financial results and metrics in support of the close processes, including data analysis and interpretation to understand and explain key drivers of results and preparation of monthly reports and quarterly Board of Directors reports
Analyze financial results, distill key trends, assess current and future risks, and present key insights to senior leadership
Create and maintain variety of corporate metrics, dashboards, and reports to drive insight and action and support internal and external stakeholders
Extract incremental value out of existing systems and help implement new systems to support forecasting and data analysis requirements
Partner with sales and marketing organizations to develop new reporting to support go-to-market strategies
Manage projects with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on topics including:

General process improvement
Various sales & marketing ad hoc reporting

Required experience and education:
BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience. MBA preferred but not required

NetDocuments is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Global Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits Manager to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs. This role is responsible for ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and operational excellence across multiple geographies as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Workday Compensation, global benchmarking tools such as Culpepper, and compensation and benefits administration across several international regions. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in total rewards practices globally.
What your contributions will be:
Compensation Program Management
Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, and equity processes
Conduct salary benchmarking using Culpepper, Radford, and similar market datasets across U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, and Brazil
Manage Workday Compensation processes, including job profiles, salary structures, and annual cycles (merit, bonus, promotions)
Partner with HR and Finance to support the annual compensation review process with accurate data, modeling, and reporting
Maintain global job architecture and leveling frameworks to ensure competitiveness and consistency
Benefits Administration
Support global benefit programs, partnering with regional brokers and vendors to ensure competitiveness and compliance across all countries
Coordinate annual renewal processes, benchmarking, and employee communication.
Assist with global wellness and wellbeing initiatives that align with company culture and employee needs
Monitor benefit utilization and vendor performance, recommending enhancements as appropriate
Analytics, Reporting, and Compliance
Manage compensation and benefits data within Workday, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and streamlined processes
Prepare regular dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders, including pay equity reviews, cost analyses, and market competitiveness metrics
Partner with Legal and regional HR partners to ensure compliance with international pay, benefit, and employment regulations
Support audit activities and maintain proper documentation for compensation and benefits programs
Collaboration and Communication
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on offers, compensation recommendations, and internal equity
Assist in developing employee education materials on compensation and benefits programs to ensure transparency and understanding
Support cross-functional projects in collaboration with People Operations, Finance, and regional teams
Other duties as assigned
Required experience and education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles, with at least 3 years supporting global programs
Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation required (Advanced Compensation preferred)
Strong knowledge of Culpepper, Radford, or other global market survey tools
Experience supporting or managing total rewards programs across multiple regions (U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, Brazil)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent ability to interpret data and communicate insights to both HR and business stakeholders
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, transparency, and customer service

What You Need to Get the Job Done
5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years focused on GTM and revenue roles (Sales, BDR, AE, Account Management, or Sales Leadership).
A strong track record of owning full-cycle recruiting for quota-carrying roles.
Confidence partnering with and advising senior leaders.
A data-informed approach-you know how to use metrics to tell a clear recruiting story.
Deep experience sourcing and engaging passive talent across multiple channels.
