Pros of working at Netflix

Great compensation and benefits, food and a great office! Lots of great people too.

Cons of working at Netflix

Volume is a bit overwhelming. Also there can be some hypocrisy with some of the cultural guidelines depending which dept you’re in.

Netflix benefits

Favorite benefit was the healthcare there, so great - also the food!
