My salary compared very well to what I thoght i would earn. While everyone wants to earn more, I am confident that I am in a good range salary wise.

is a company leadership made up of the old boys club. Until recently all white male senior leadership team. Currently one woman in a senior leadership role but no other diversity. Less than 1% People of color in a leadership role. Most people of color are listed as staff or hourly employees
