Purpose of Position
The Market Research Analyst, Senior will support the Market Research department's efforts to know the Owner and provide the Voice of the Customer to the business. The Market Research Analyst, Senior will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing internal and external research efforts to support a variety of business areas. The Market Research Analyst, Senior will be responsible for determining the best research methodology for each project, for incorporating best practices throughout the projects, and for presenting results to all levels of the organization. Purpose of Position
The purpose of the Quality Control Parts Specialist will be primarily to ensure that the record keeping and reporting requirements of 14 CFR 135.439 (a)(2) are met or exceeded. The QC Parts Specialist will conform engines and APUs into the fleet and process the off-wing engine/APU work orders. This team member will audit RTS and act as a formal resource for multiple departments to actively identify and mitigate part tracking issues in order to support the goal of leading our industry in safety and compliance practices and standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Audit all regulatory part transactions in the electronic maintenance tracking system and maintain reports that facilitate the audit process. Ensure that time tracked parts are tracking correctly according to the proper documentation and the approved maintenance programs. Provide specialized technical guidance to those entering information into our tracking system through formal training sessions and direct instruction emails.
* Review maintenance work records for off-wing engine maintenance. Ensure that maintenance records/log entries meet 14 CFR 135 and General Maintenance Manual requirements. Ensure that inspections, ADs, SBs and time-tracked parts are accurately entered into the electronic maintenance tracking system and the system is tracking items correctly.
* Review and approve parts created in the maintenance tracking system by RTS and MCC to ensure that part eligibility, applicability, and interchangeability are set up correctly. Coordinate with the Configuration department to identify and solve complex tracking issues and distribute a process solution to improve group efficiency.
* Perform audit of all regulatory parts installed on new Conformity Aircraft. Audit new or revised Maintenix programs to ensure Netjets parts tracking system mirrors chapter 4 and chapter 5 limits. Work with IFS to ensure functionality of all Maintenix revisions and patches before going "live".
* Has specialized technical expertise in the purpose and performance of Maintenix and acts as a lead for all departments concerning part installation, removal, usage and life limit. Identifies common part tracking hazards and provides official guidance to proactively reduce errors. Collaborates with the Maintenance Projects & Processes Manager to review and fine tune the Maintenance Operational Processes.

Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to direct and manage all aspects of Architecture, Engineering & Design for assigned projects for NetJets' real estate portfolio. Tasks and Responsibilities
* Lead NetJets architecture process to develop project scope, evaluate constructability, feasibility, identify value engineering opportunities and perform budget validation through overall design process.
* Review potential real estate opportunities and provide the appropriate level of architectural design guidance based on NetJets' risk policies and profile.
* Craft project scope documents for use in contracting for services
* Manage A&E vendor inclusive of designing (schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation), planning, permitting, budget management, schedule management, construction management, safety, FFE installations and closeout.
* Direct and monitor vendor's work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents.
* Assist with reviewing transactional documents (leases, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, project management engagements, general contractor engagements, A&E services agreement, etc.
* Coordinate all technical components related to projects such as code compliance, envelope detailing, and overall constructability
* Assist with ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects and designs
* Coordinate with external stakeholders (consultants/ city officials/etc.)
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers, with a particular emphasis on managing expectations, driving compromise and consistent, pro-active communication is expected
* Assist with the development and adherence to project budgets.
* Develop and implement policies, tools, and standards as a "best in class" design team
* Codevelop NetJets global real estate architectural design standards for all space types and asset classes
* Support Construction team in bidding and construction administration services
* Support Construction team to monitor general contractor's work for compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall conformance with the contract documents
* Perform in-house design of non-structural/ non-seismic interior partitions and openings and non -structural built-in elements
* Lead selection/specification, planning, procurement, and coordination of: Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) specifications, bidding, and procurement services.
* Provide executive level project reporting

Responsibilities
* Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
* Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our Company
* Responsible for providing legendary Customer Service to people boarding the aircraft by coordinating Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and servicing aircraft to ensure on-time departures and quick turnarounds and to make up time on delayed flights
* Works in airport operation office, gate area, jetways and air freight facilities. May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions and jet and machinery noise and fumes. Opens and closes the stations, advising Dispatch of same
* Handles Station AMS and radio communications traffic as needed

* Checks baggage, when necessary. Uses jetway stairs frequently to carry items from jetway to ramp
* Writes and submits irregularity reports as required. Checks cargo on hand to see that it is properly logged and accounted for. Checks that all board mail and Company material is dispatched and sent to indicated Stations
* Receives, refers, or makes paging calls and makes paging announcements, as appropriate. Keeps other station personnel advised of flight movements, weather conditions, and irregular operations
* Prepares statistical reports to record information from trip papers. Operates equipment for flight information display systems and updates system when operationally necessary
