Purpose of Position The objective of the Strategic Account Executive is to drive new business to the NetJets organization. Manages NJS Repair Station Field Service technicians and work orders ensuring compliance with Company and CBA rules. * Ensures that the NJS FBO services run efficiently and safely at all times when the FBO Supervisor is not on duty to include Aircraft Fueling, De-ice, Towing and Aircraft Cleaning operations. This includes assignment of work to NJS FBO employees and monitoring of work activities. * Handles administrative duties for employees to include payroll recordkeeping, time off requests, training needs, etc..
